Jewels was doing so well in the Pharmacy dept. I was bragging on them. Saying how good they were compared to Walgreens n CVS. Well I got to take that back for my last three pickups. 1st one was 1 hr. 30 mins. 2nd one a lil less then 2 hrs. Now today 3 hrs. Come on now that's too long! ?

I LOVE JEWEL-OSCO...!!! The customer service sucks. It doesn’t matter what time I go in here there’s never enough cashiers, employees to assist or registers open. The regular lines were long as hell.The self check out line was so long it was wrapped around to the flower/balloon counter. You all need some better management to run this store.

The place needs a deep cleaning. The fried chicken and Ramen stand are pretty good. Decent selection of boxed/ canned things but not a great variety of produce and organic things. Bathrooms always need attention.

If you have any ability to avoid this store, you should. There some great people that work there especially in produce, but the cashier, bag woman and customer service representative were awful. I hope the next I go there (I have very little choice in the matter) I have no interaction with the 3 people who made my life hell just now.

Horrible customer service! They canceled my online order…didn’t tell me until after the window frame they gave me…and actually I had to reach out to them to see what was the delay! Absolutely horrible store with horrible customer service!!

Ordered grocery pickup. Delayed for 2 hours. Had to physically enter store to see if I would be able to get my grocery. It was 10 min before the 8pm cutoff. I wasn't able to get my grocery until after 8:30.. Also no parking in drive up and go. Manager fake concern was even more insulting. After finally getting a park. I had to call again to which I was told the "the lady" disappeared. Mind you. I am the lady. That's been waiting over an hr now. Had to wait til next day to report $90 worth of items missing. The manager then tried to make me out to be a liar because no one was communicating. I told him I would come to the store and he said no to because he would refund me. Never saw refund had to contact the main customer service line. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days. What if that was all I had. I'm so disgusted with this location.

Some of the workers are rude, while at the service desk a cashier walked over bumped me, started talking to the lady that was helping me and yet she never said excuse me, I'm sorry or nothing. Also had to return veggies twice, on two different days. That's why this is a very low score. C/S is everything

I like this Jewel. It's become a bit pricey, though. Now that the Walmart has closed near me, l swing between Jewel and Mariano's to grocery shop. Inflation influences things too. I look for things to drink, ? and meat/sandwiches on sale. One thing that stands out is chocolate covered peanuts ?. They are sinfully delicious ?. It's not easy to shop. Sale items makes it easier. It's one of the few places where l can buy a newspaper, though they don't seem to have them every day ?. I have trouble saving money. One the whole, l like Jewel, but manage your money.

The store located on 60th and Cottage Grove has signs posted to reflect illegally parked vehicles will be towed, yet it's NEVER enforced. Because it hasn't been enforced most customers have gotten COMFORTABLE ignoring the signs and making the disable parking space their 1st choice to park? Security shouldn't approach anyone for safety reasons, but management and security are aware (per the tow company) that only they can call. Seeing a tow truck driving around or doing a tow, etc, will make an individual think twice. Reduce the curb side spaces? For a no placard, Jewel customer to pull into a space that they clearly see a placard customer waiting for or trying to pull into is a DISASTER waiting to happen. The Alderman's office etc should be the next step if it's such a problem for the management team.

Needs to keep items in stock for customers. Also, hire deli workers that can work schedules for longevity, not short turnaround. Families are working longer hours and need hot and cold foods. Please consider your customers needs.

It’s the managers it’s always leadership…the cashiers are overwhelmed and the security is underwhelmed they spend their time helping the cute customers to their car but would not lift a hand to help elderly or disabled.The lazy workers walk around with phone in hand ignoring customers. Another set of lazy workers sit on the handicap chairs in front of the store as they heckle at female customers.Oh the management is complicit in aiding bad behavior because they are so HIGH they are barely able to respond in conversations.It’s the place of foolery so I call it a The Circus on cottage with all the clowns and invisible managers ????

Yes Jewels is pricey, But they do have buy one get one free on selective items.Fresh bakery and Meats! Fresh Veggies, & Fresh Fruits, Holiday items, Decorations,House Hold items,Healthcare products ,Lottery machine mobile carts as well,....Customer Service @ the Front desk for any issues.

Where do I start? This grocery store never has food, and the employees are rude. The managers are incompetent. The store has a smell. Using drive-up and go is a joke because they will keep you waiting for over 20 minutes. His place is a disgrace. Would the service be better if the clientele was different? If you can shop somewhere else, save your sanity and do that. This store is trash.
