Bait and switch store. Purchased a few small items today. No human cashiers. None. Zero. Had to get managers' help with three sales items. This has happened every time we shopped there, for a more than a year. Blatant dishonesty. Criminal theft.

Arrived at 835pm to make a purchase at the deli and they refused my order stating they were closed for night although the deli department is open until 9pm.

I do most of my grocery shopping at this store and they usually have what I'm looking for and the cashiers are always friendly. However, I ordered a custom Spiderman cupcake cake for my son's birthday and I'm so disappointed. It is a red, white and blue cake with absolutely NOTHING related to Spiderman on it. It's just white frosting with a red and blue border and red letters. That's it. The letters are off center and I cannot stress this enough, there is absolutely no reference to Spiderman anywhere on the cake. There was another customer picking up her custom cake at the same time as me, and hers was also done incorrectly. It's so disappointing.

Staff are friendly and helpful, but beware the prices marked on "2 for" or "3 for" deals often are not reflected in receipts. I didn't know if it is a jewel corporate scam or just poor store management, but it is a frequent occurrence.

This Jewel has a lovely floral section! It includes lots of cut flowers and arrangements, all with varying price points. They also have lots of potted plants! Anything from small succulents to orchids and seasonal flowering plants in pots. I was impressed with the diversity of selection.

It's gotten better but it still feels like it has no identity and only reacts, and slowly, to only grocery store trends. They only get high marks for having pizza puffs on their hot bar.

I would give a ZERO. DONT get your cakes personalized there, I asked for a Batman cake and this is what I got. It's ugly not what I asked for. My 3yr old could have done better .

Generally pretty easy to find what you need quickly. Decent produce and organic sections. Nice staff, helpful, and playful with kids. Past that, it's a Jewel.

Came to this jewel last minute as I was just at Mariano’s on Lawrence and received the worst service. The gentleman Noah was very helpful and had great customer service. Came in after a long day to grab something to eat and asked if he possible had utensil and he went out of his way to make sure we had one before we left the store. He is a very very kind person and it shows through his service. I hope the store takes care of him as well as he does their customers :)
