I arrived at 11:52pm for 2 items and was told they were closed. All jewel oscos close at 12am on the dot. The manager David Castro stated they closed at 11:45. I am a local customer who has never experienced this. I would someone to reach out to me to discuss this matter.

Every time i come in here, the cashiers are lazy and slow! What made me do a review this time is because i bought a 6 pack that was supposed to be 7.49 but rang up as 10.99! I asked the cashier about the price and she didn’t try to help at all! She said if i have an issue go to another desk then continued to ring me up for full price! On top of that i had to wait while she kept checking her phone at the register! Horrible service! Im going to avoid coming here because I’ve had it with the cashiers who don’t like doing their job

Tell the new security staff to check their cameras and CCTV, instead of confronting a customer. Cause once the security found out my purchases were bought at a different location,while purchasing my order at the Jewels' check out machine,I thought about charging the mindless, high as a kite officer for harassment and false accusation. If it escalated a law suit would be headed their way. They lost a regular customer,which is the only reason it did not escalate.

My experience was fantastic. Found all the items I needed, and the produce looks fantastic. I visit there specifically for their meat selection. They maintain reasonable prices for their meat items.

I enjoy shopping at this Jewel-osco. They always seem to have what I need. The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean.

I love going to this Jewel in particular. They have a wide range of everything and always good pricing. The parking is very easy to get in and out.

The pickup people are always fast, nice, and get my order correct. I’ve done pickup 10 times now and they have never gotten an order wrong. On average, I wait five minutes for my order… so basically no wait. It’s been the best thing ever.

I always use their pickup service and the associate who is shopping for me has been doing an amazing job! I don’t know who the associate is but I’m so grateful for their service!
