They don’t have shopping baskets and any sales are only applicable if you have a membership, which can be discontinued for random reasons. The prices are terrible.

Love this store! Their employees have been extremely helpful and smile easily. The service is amazingly fast, the prices are lower than anywhere else and most stuff is really good.

I was in the deli area by the crispy chicken and wedges and noticed a female employee with a bandaid on her face. She was polite to one customer, focusing on complimenting their braids, but her attitude completely changed when serving a Hispanic woman. The employee was very rude to her, and the Hispanic woman even looked around as if seeking confirmation that someone else noticed the change in attitude. I certainly did. While speaking rudely to the Hispanic customer about her order, the employee also complained about smelling like chicken. Because of the employee's change of attitude, I chose to buy my chicken elsewhere at another location instead of ordering from her.

Horrible experience got discriminated for stealing when I clearly checked out with a cashier and had receipt in my hand, stopped me and embarrass me in front of everyone when I didn’t even steal horrible service will never come back again

If they got some price WRONG on produce and they're charging you more, you got yourself to take a pic of the produce to show them the price, otherwise you're gonna be standing there for to long!

Things are bad here I just went to buy some peppers that were on sale smh ! They trying to kill US BE CAREFUL ? this had mold how?! I just bought it here. Don't waste your money here! I know I won't be able to get a refund on my items. Just stay away yall! Go to Aldis cheaper and fresh !

Where to start? There are puddles everywhere in every aisle with a refrigerator. Service at the deli center is nonexistent waited for five minutes before someone from the back came out. He then proceeded to say I will be with you in a minute and just walked away. Many of the display fridges are empty. Floors are filthy. Only good side was that Micheal the cashier was very patient with a coupon problem from a customer in front of us. Sad to see the level of this one’s mighty grocery chain from Chicago be what it is today. What a shame.

I always come here and use self check out and the employees are always nice and helpful but there’s an employee short middle aged lady with black hair that I would usually see but she came up to me after I paid and asked to see my receipt as if I’ve stolen something yet always seeing her and I showed her my receipt showing that I haven’t stolen anything and everything is paid for and usually has attitude as well

THis Store has gone down hill . I have been shopping here for 15 years. Employees are rude as well as security/ rent a cops following you everywhere making shopping uncomfortable, especially the tall bearded racist one only eying out Hispanics and blacks while they shop. Meat and milk and breads always expired. moldy fruits. Store is continuously dirty, long lines and not enough employees. I'm better off going to another Jewel. I spend 150-200 a week at this store. I will put my money elsewhere.

For some reason, they have decided to move a lot of their spirits to either the front or back in the storage area. After you spend 10 minutes, looking for an associate to help you, they then have to go get a key in order to unlock the case to get out whatever you need. Added an extra almost 20 minutes to my shopping trip. Just go to Binnys, they are right across the street.

I want to say that the Osco-Drug on six-corners is an awesome place to take in you prescription meds. The workers are all polite, compassionate, willing to help in any way& very professional. I will continue with this pharmacy, I’ve been searching for a pharmacy with excellent customer care and they’re the best. Thank you Staffs. God Bless you all.

Milk and meat is often expired. No avocados and overripe bananas on a Sunday. And frequent water on floors from leaking refrigerators and freezers.
