Get the dude with the mask who can’t hear away from the register. We all know going to Jewel sucks and working for Jewel sucks, but the attitude because he couldn’t hear me is unacceptable. I bet he wouldn’t have felt so emboldened to be a jerk and condescending to me while he was clocked in if he knew I was gonna write a review about him on my way home. 4:30pm on Monday at the 15 items or less register.

Disgusting CeraVe lotion is used here, and so most of the products on the shelves are contaminated in slippery slimy silicone grease garbage residue. Absolutely disgusting. If you don't like slippery grease, shop elsewhere. There must be trashy stock ppl handling the merchandise

I ordered online for pickup and go but when I picked up my order was a %70 of it replaced or in another way it was substituted with other items that were much less in value, quality and much higher in prices because at that point I'd lost the cliped deals, the prices were very much trippled .now my question is why if they were out of stock not stated on the app? What a waste of time. I suggest if you don't have the products in the store is to ask customers to have the choice to pick it up from a different locations or to be delayed til in stock(online rain check)

Deli is the worst! When I asked for 2 ounces or 1/8 of a pound, the staff was clueless. There is younger girls in her twenties who is so rude that she shouldn't be working with the public.
She can't count!
I have been shopping at this Jewel since 1979. The service gets worse, especially the deli.
I called the Manager to tell her about my experience and that Ieft without lunch for
tomorrow. She never said to return and they would get the meat ready for
me.
Jewel is losing 45 year customer.
They don't care!

Prices are EXTREMELY HIGH. I could just about go to Whole Foods! I got barely ONE bag of produce and it was 65 DOLLARS.
Btw, romaine was 2 for 5.00, a high but ok price. Would have been cheaper at Aldi, but their produce doesn't last as long.
However, look at this image:
The organic is WAY less product for 4.29, for one. Its about half the size/weight.
And because the packages are almost identical, I got taken advantage of for 3.28! Now, I have to WASTE TIME, energy and gas going BACK there to get the other generic. Great! Thanks.
Wonder why people are stealing from your store? Maybe look at the above and get a clue. I never stole anything in my life, but don't try to scam your customers. It's lowlife.
Helped some older people find radishes. It was right there, but they didn't see them. It would be nothing to have people watching for things like that. YES, it costs money, but again, it earns money, both in less stealing and more revenue. Every time a clerk talks to people is less theft. Proven fact. People also LEAVE if they don't find what they want.
Aggravating them to buy more by making them stay longer looking for stuff isn't the best way. ?
ALSO: DO NOT like bums trying to scam me of my hard-earned money at EVERY entrance on YOUR PRIVATE PROPERTY! There's always 10 kids w them they can't afford and they're ALWAYS too close to MOVING CARS!! Don't support this! If you can't support yourself, you shouldn't have a bunch of kids, expecting us to take care of them. They can go to the Salvation Army. That's why they're there.
At least a few workers WALKED PAST ME holding a bunch of stuff in my hands. NOT ONE offered to get me a cart. I wound up putting it all in my bag, which means I'm spending less money, already. "Annoyed" is not in your favor. And of course, again, it would be easy to accidentally miss something in the bag that isn't empty. Very unintentionally.
I'd do secret shopper. You clearly need some.
I WILL SAY, I like the OPTION to pay CASH at self-checkouts. We LOVE self-checkouts. Tho you have to put someone on the ball there. The older lady that was there yesterday afternoon had her head up her behind (1:30 pm). She/they need to be LISTENING and WATCHING for irritated customers having trouble w the scanners. Not just standing there, staring off at whatever. They seriously had to ASK HER to help!
If you were being robbed blind on those registers, maybe that's part of it...proven fact: people who greet you are there because it cuts stealing. That's why Walmart does it; not out of any customer concerns.
Nice to see older people working if they want to (way too many places don't even HIRE older workers, period), but they need to be on the stick. I don't even mind if they want to sit when it's not busy. But they could be moving things along much faster, too.
Oh, I was under the impression online you sold city stickers. You do not. Yay. More time-wasting.
Also, I went there to get Tater Skins chips. And my city sticker. You don't have them. :/
Do you have Yoo-hoo? Not that I saw...I would have BOUGHT THEM, if either were THERE. You have easily 100k items in that store. Would be nice if you could get things you can't get anywhere else at your store. Not like either goes bad or anything.
So, for that I could have gone to Aldi or Butera for half the trouble. And probably 25.00 less.
The expensive peaches were good, tho. Damn near as expensive as WF, tho.
I bought 2 Pepperidge Farm cakes, not bad at 5.00 each.
Personally, I HATE this parking lot! It's extremely crowded and you don't have the option to put
