The pharmacy is currently not answering their phone. I even stopped in to pick up my prescription personally, and, although there were four persons behind the desk, none of them said they could stop what they were doing of getting shots, ready to even hand me my prescription. I was the second in line and the person in front of me said she had been waiting over her half an hour just to pick up.After this experience, I am considering a new pharmacy.

Pharmacist claimed they won’t tell you if they have a medication in stock or not over the phone. Odd policy when every pharmacy including other jewel Osco will tell you if they have enough in stock over the phone so you don’t have to go in person. Absurd!

I'm switching to online order capsule pharmacy. Jewel's pharmacy's computers are down frequently so they can't actually fill your medication. Also the tone of the pharmacy techs feels rude and unprofessional.

I live just 2 blocks from this store, it’s very convenient, and I’m here several times a week.
I have two problems with this store.
A roast chicken from the deli is a quick, easy, and a healthy dinner, but tell me why the deli department can’t post the time it was roasted? I don’t want to purchase a roast chicken that was roasted four or five hours earlier in the day and sits on the warm shelf.
Next- bring back the smaller size grocery carts, few people want the large carts. It’s hard to navigate the narrow aisles. Two other neighborhood, grocery stores, Marianos and Whole Foods offer the smaller carts.

Stores always really clean, shelf's are always stocked too or at least products pushed forward (insuring rotation of products). They always have fresh produce too, I also bought some red meat here and it was really good. I was able to find diabetic sweetener, that's a plus. The lines are never really long, they're pretty prompt and attentive to customers. They always greet you too, which is something as a customer with customer service background appreciates. The parking lot is kept pretty clean from garbage too and they have additional parking if needed which is actually very convenient with a elevator too so it's wheelchair accessible.

Didn’t take my insurance for a flu shot. Super odd. Also did a bad job injecting the flu shot. Unusually sore arm and put the adhesive of band-aid on top of the actual injection site. Never had a problem until this time. Hopefully they hire better workers.

Too many vendor displays in EVERY aisle make it difficult to navigate this already small store. I’ve never been there in 20+ years when they are not stocking the shelves - why not do this after hours?

Whoever I spoke to on the phone today was super mean spirited and unkind. She snapped on me when I told her that I’d lost track of the date, said “it’s your job to remember what day it is” and abruptly ended the call and hung up on me. This was in response to me calling to check on medications (which I’m 6 days overdue on - I counted after our call because that’s my job). Just not necessary and not ok.

I asked an employee a question and had the displeasure of speaking to probably the rudest employee I've ever come in contact with, some girl named Sam. She disregarded my question and simultaneously brushed me off like I wasn't important and went on to give one of her coworkers attitude in front of me. It was extremely unprofessional and her position should be reevaluated.
