I have always heard about pharmacists not doing their jobs and it’s actually the opposite, the hospitals don’t do their jobs!!! I came in today with my mother to pick up my grandma medication and they needed permission from the ER doctor to release the medication to us… and the pharmacy workers would call the hospital but the hospital was absolutely unprofessional and rude. The pharmacy workers are busy as they are and still have to call and be transferred 16 times!!! For no reason!! They do their jobs as they are told and I thank the pharmacy workers for having patience with this situation. They deserve a higher raise for being professional and respectful. I appreciate their effort. People need to understand that they do their jobs to 1000% more than 100%.

Love to shop at Jewel. The florist department was very dependable, and the workers on the floor are very helpful.

I passed by to get some flowers for my mother-in-law and the florist onduty was Abigail ( if I'm not mistaken that's her name) she made me a beautiful arrangement with the flowers I had chosen . She was very sweet and attentive and did a fabulous job. Thank you for such amazing customer service.

An ok but very pricey chain grocery store. It's weird that jewel is so expensive given the limited stock they have. For some reason, this Jewel has stayed at their curfew hours when they used to be open until midnight which if they started offering those hours again would be convenient as everything in McKinley park closes at 10

I've been to this store a couple of times, but is been twice already that the employee Michael by the self check out register that has been rude to me without any reason, if he's going to be working at a store he's supposed to be friendly with customers.

I was pleasantly surprised today, returning to Jewel after I had given up on it more than a year ago. The produce section was flourishing, they added a butchers counter (though I don't think this is necessary...Jewel has always had good meat), and there were many checkout lanes open. The aisles seemed wider, and I did not find one item that was expired. The store looked incredibly clean. The prices always beat Mariano's prices. I am happy to be a Jewel customer again.

Employees kept fighting each other it was so annoying, from employees being yelled at in the produce aisle to the cashier and bagger bickering, the bagger did not care for how things are supposed to be done, she kept whining when the cashier asked her to get her own rack of grocery bags instead of stealing from the ones right behind the cashier and gave attitude and they both threw my groceries around while arguing about the correct way to bag. There was a growing line and we were all frustrated and suffering second hand embarrassment.

This jewel is not ran well. Often there isn’t carts at the main entrance. Common products are out or not carried at all. Self check out often doesn’t have bags . I much rather travel an extra 6-8 miles to go to another jewel near midway

I love this store. You have a new employee, a younger girl. Super pretty. Works mornings I believe. be careful. When ringing you up she doesn't know how to input a lot of sales.... Second time I've had this issue with her. Was over charged 30 to 50 dollars both times because she did not hit the subtotal button to automatically reduce the total with sale prices. After you've paid she then hits the subtotal button then Quickly hits the no sale button so you don't notice the amount that was deducted. I noticed and pointed it out last time so I was technically only over charged once. If she does it to me I can only imagine how many other people didn't notice and were also over charged. Please properly train your staff or put them in a different department please. Still gonna give 5 stars because you're always stocked when I go in and have very friendly staff :)
