The 5-star rating is solely for Clarissa's awesome service at this pharmacy. Clarissa, the pharmacist, helped me get the paxlovid savings after finding out that my cost was going to be $180 because I did not meet my deductible. After the shocking price for the meds, I was contemplating to take it because of the high cost to me. Clarissa knew I was in no shape to go online to apply for the paxlovid coupon and must of known I needed the meds. It seemed like an angel was sent my way (Clarissa). This is the first pharmacy ever that I've been to that actually had a pharmacist that went beyond her duties to help her customer in desperate need. I hope other pharmacists learn from this great customer experience I had with Clarissa because I will never step a foot at another pharmacy as long as I know Clarissa remains at this location. Thank you so much, Clarissa!

I found a mini 7-UP Bunt cake. I've always wondered what this tastes like? And we bought a few more groceries. And on to the next place. Jewel's has been in my family for years. And It's always something different at the many location's we happen to pop in around Chicagoland and other suburbs.

Best pharmacy ever. I rarely, if ever have to wait. Not that I would ever mind waiting; with such helpful, professional, well-informed and curteous pharmacists and pharmacy technicians on staff. The late (10 P.M) closing time has also been a life-saver on a multitude of occasions.

A staff named ( I think) Michelle smith parks at the very first parking space near the door. I know her name because she was dressed in her uniform and saw it when she got out of her mini van. I worked at a jewel many years ago and we were told staff were to park at the very back of the parking lot to.leave spots in front for customers.

Very rude and stupid employees compared to the other locations. Security guard at entrance that looks like they should be dealing drugs instead of working security.

I am so not a fan of Jewel, I dread going into the stores but it is a necessary as we have to eat. As far as the chain goes, this location is not that bad. The store is relatively clean and organized. Prices are not to bad and it is one of the few stores that actually had toilet tissue when there was a run on it. I usually go early in the morning on my way to work, so I have no idea if that makes a difference in the customer service or not, but the folks working there seem pleasant enough and helpful. The shelves look pretty well stocked considering the initial hoarding that was going on. Not sure if there are check out lanes open during the day, but early in the morning you have to use the self check out lanes. They do have good sales on seafood and produce, so that is a plus. And they carry Giacobbino's pizzas, usually buy one get one free. Very good pizza and a very good deal. Giacobbino's is a part of Connie's Pizza and these are their take and bake brand. This seems to be one of the Jewel stores that carries this brand on a regular basis. I usually get in and out of here in a short time, so that is also a plus. Overall not as bad of an experience as I have had in other stores and that is saying something for me to give a Jewel three stars.

The service, low customer service and crappy attitude. I went to this store yesterday and this black guy that works at the store row his eyes at me for no reason. he shod stay home with his attitude don't take it out on me I didn't tell him to work. you don't like your job leave and don't come back. There were employees sitting by the door like a couple of dummies just staring and not working at all. I won't go to this store for a long time. the employees were blocking the aisles and I can't get through move your cart and your but too out of the way ignorant idiots.
