The Chicago Showroom is wonderful! Beautiful space, welcoming and friendly staff, stunning dresses that are classic, timeless, flattering and well priced! I bought both my wedding dress here and a bridesmaids dress here and it was so hard to chose because everything looks soooo good. Definitely a MUCH better experience here in Chicago than at the NYC location for so many reasons!! Do not go to the New York location, Chicago is WAY better in every way!! Would only recommend Chicago to anyone!

Completely unprofessional. Extremely rude... made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Immensely disappointed and heartbroken that this was my daughter's first experience trying on wedding gowns. She found her dream dress, but walk out empty-handed because of the way her stylist, Courtney curated an uncomfortable and negative environment. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE.

WORST experience EVER! After two months eagerly awaiting my soon-to-be sister in law’s dream bridal studio, I’m sad to share we had a terrible experience. From first stepping through the door, we were made to feel unwelcome. With our “stylist” Courtney, introductions were brief and dress selection was limited. Requests for additional options were treated as an inconvenience. Throughout try-ons, Bride received little to no support getting into dresses, followed by Courtney standing off to the side, abrasive body language, and not once providing input or advice. The lack of correspondence left our party feeling incredibly uncomfortable and rushed. At close of appointment, bride was denied opportunity to try on her final two dresses, despite time remaining - not to mention, our appointment was late to start. On a day where the bride to be is meant to feel special, my sister in law left Jenny Yoo flustered, frustrated, and later saying she couldn’t leave the studio fast enough (ran down 4 flights of stairs because the elevator wouldn’t open). It’s sad that she was robbed of this once in a lifetime experience.

I had the most fantastic experience at Jenny Yoo in Chicago! I was paired with Caroline, who helped me look at countless dresses and she was patient, kind, and incredibly reassuring. She made the experience 10x greater. And the dresses! Don't even get me started. They were gorgeous. I definitely recommend booking an appointment!

Very disappointing. A wedding dress purchase is a big deal and should be a positive experience. Unfortunately, the experience at Jenny Yoo in Chicago did not turn out that way for my daughter. She found the dress she loved, but didn’t like the sleeves that came with the dress. The salesperson then showed her that she could switch them out for the other off the shoulder sleeves she loved. The salesperson assured her several times throughout the visit that they could either sell her the other sleeves, or they could sell her the pattern and she could order extra fabric so that her seamstress could duplicate them during alterations. When my daughter went back a week later to purchase the dress, she was told neither of those were an option. I feel that was very deceptive on the part of the salesperson just to make the sale.

Dresses were gorgeous, just wish the bride was allowed to look at them for herself.
Emma was very rude and unprofessional made us feel rushed the entire time. The appointment didn’t feel in anyway personal and Emma wouldn’t let our bride to be try on another dress despite there being 14 mins left in the appointment

I went to Jenny Yoo to find a bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding. There was an excellent selection of dresses to choose from, Caroline was so helpful and sweet. She made the decision process easy and fun- I would recommend Jenny Yoo highly for bridesmaid dresses.

Jenny Yoo was the first bridal store I visited and it was a great place to have my first appointment! My stylist Caroline was very welcoming, calming, and knowledgeable. She was excellent to work with! This shop was also my most comfortable try on experience. I ended up finding a dress elsewhere but I still highly recommend this shop!

I loved my experience picking out my wedding dress at the Chicago store last summer. The space is beautiful and they had lots of options in my budget. I ended up going with Viviana, but I loved most of the dresses I tried on. Stylist Rachel was absolutely wonderful to work with! She made a stressful task so much fun, and she’s very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations.

I had the BEST experience shopping for my wedding dress at Jenny Yoo. The dresses tend to be a bit more simple (not a ton of beading or sparkle), but if you are a bride looking for a simple but elegant and very well made dress, look no further! I had an amazing experience working with Rachel as my consultant. She was the ultimate hype woman, and never made me feel rushed, despite visiting the salon on a busy afternoon. I ended up falling in love with two dresses here, and bought a gown for my ceremony and a shorter dress to dance in at my reception. I felt so beautiful in both dresses at my June 2024 wedding. I cannot recommend this place more highly for any bride-to-be!

Great experience shopping for a little white dress at Jenny Yoo! Our stylist Rachel was amazing - knowledgeable, attentive, and charismatic. Definitely a great option in Chicago for short bridal dresses.

Pilled before we even wore them
They didn’t sew the inside seems they GLUED them!!!
Awful awful awful, oh and you can’t contact them or if you write an honest review on their site they delete it! Save your money!!!!!!!! $600 total and it was a waste for a cheap dress I could have got off shein. Go with azazie for bridesmaid dresses.
