Kimberly from the property management office is amazing -- we did a tour yesterday and she was super informative and accommodating. The unit and building amenities are OUTSTANDING. We don't live there yet but hoping something pops up for our moving date in May (for our family of 3, including dog, ha). Highly recommend checking this place out.

I really can not say enough great things about Jeff Jack and the crew at the building. Everyone from the office staff to the management staff goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy and the building is kept in the best possible condition. Anytime an issue arises, the crew is on top of it. I would recommend this building to anyone looking in West loop/Greek town area.

I lived at JeffJack for 3 years. First year in a studio on 9th floor and then two more years in a 2B2B on 12th floor.Overall these are among the best apartments I have ever rented, and I have rented for ~10 years in 4 states. I would gladly recommend JeffJack to anyone I know.Maintenance is amazing. I remember once we filed a request saying that the microwave was hard to open, and they replaced it with a new one the next day. Front desk is 24/7 and garage is in the building and gated.If I *had* to complain about sth, I’d say I wish there is way to pick up package myself, like an Amazon Hub (when I lived there one has to talk to the receptionist). The garage opener kind of only works when I drove very close to the gate. These are very minor things as you can see.

I have applied before. When I first started looking at the apartment. they did not inform me that there would be many conditions and restrictions. They also told me that if I failed to pass, they could refund the application fee of several hundred dollars for free. I thought it was great, and could refund if I failed. When I officially entered the application, they set up a lot of check-in conditions. I said that I needed to check in as soon as possible and hoped to process the documents as soon as possible, but their reply was still very slow. It's absurd because the proof is not issued according to their format. I asked for a refund and said that they had informed the application for a refund within 48 hours . First. They I didn’t inform it. Second, the results were not released within 48 hours , and the documents were not fully submitted. How can I apply for a cancel refund? that's terrible! They never take care the applicants, communicate with you in a high-level attitude! Come on! I'm not American am I wrong?but its doesn't Matter. When i make sure give up waste too many times in this apartment rather find new one. Chicago not belong to your. Not just only you. I find new one in the second day. And move in the third day. The process not complex and the manager so kind with high professional qualifications. Iam happy. So! I never recommend this apartment with all my friends and classmates When they let me give advice about the choose apartment. I don't care who your will approved. Just know not all person have prejudice and discrimination with non- America. Except your until now.

My husband and I moved into JeffJack when the building opened 7 years ago and have loved every minute. Great amenities and fantastic staff. Even with natural attrition of staff over the years, they continue to bring in great people. Management is always super quick to respond and extremely friendly. Building is extremely clean, even the outside is power washed almost daily. We are relocating due to my job, but will miss it very much. It is costly, but has been worth it for us. It felt like home.

I have been living in my apartment here for about 2 months, the staff and location are great. My apartment on the other hand could be better, especially for the price we pay. One of my biggest concerns when apartment hunting was noise, I was told that noise would not be an issue. Now that I live in the apartment, I hear constant noise (besides normal city noise/ fire dept being across the street), I hear noise from all my surrounding neighbors (neighbor with dog next door that constantly barks, when neighbors have guests over, and my upstairs neighbors when they drop anything) Another thing to mention is that the paint on the walls scratches very easily, and my apartment was not clean when I moved in. The amenities are pretty great, although they are only open until 11pm.

I had to transfer my lease to a new unit once my lease ended, and did not have a change to see the new unit because it was not available for showing. Upon my lease start date, when I arrived at the new unit, the paint in the sink wasn't dry (there was no sign or anything). and the kitchen cabinet was in a bad shape (one cabinet floor was all crumbled with wood powder flying all over the place) , along with the tub (there were weird yellow scratches all around the tub). I heard that they were super busy this summer with all the new tenants, but the condition of the new apartment was a bit disappointing for me. Still, the management people here are great and the concierge people are very nice as well. Great location - good apartment overall.

I lived here for 3 months this past summer and wish I never had to leave! Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel safe inside the building. Living on my own for the first time was an easy transition with the JeffJack team. Highly recommend!
