My previous counsel got nowhere after 15 months, and my wife's counsel ran circles around them. I talked to James while interviewing alternative counsel and he was empathetic and put together a plan to resolve the case quickly. I fired my previous counsel and hired James' team at Beermann. Without a doubt one of the best decisions I have ever made. Marcus Dominguez and Jared Pinkus not only wrapped up my case in less than two months, but due to their experience were able to assert a more favorable (and legally sound) approach to a valuable asset and saved me bucketloads of money. On top of all this, they are good people and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this team at Beermann.

In early 2021 I switched family law practices since I felt my previous lawyer was not doing enough to protect my son and I. I met with about 3 other lawyers before making my decision to choose James and his team at Beerman.The other lawyers I had met with seemed like cheesy car sales men. They promised me so much and I was skeptical to say the least. When I met with James and his team. They were honest, straight forward and committed to do everything in their power to protect my son and I and get what we wanted which was full decision making for my son, more child support, and the ability to leave the country to visit my family in Mexico without having to ask permission to my ex which was barely in the picture.The past 3 years with James and his team has been a whirlwind but I’m beyond overjoyed I chose to switch practices. They supported me when I had a hunch that Henry’s (my son) appointed lawyer was NOT following the courts orders to have supervised visitation with his dad, who had previously threatened to take him out of state to Texas where he lived at the time without the courts permission.James reached out to his private investigator team to follow Henry on a supervised visitation and guess what? Just as I suspected - the guardian appointed was no where to be found. As a mother being in constant communication with this PI team on Sunday morning was reassuring that my son was safe and was being supervised. Just not by the court appointed guardian, but the PI that we hired by James and the team.In court, our motion was granted to change this irresponsible and wreckless GAL. I was so happy to say the least and we were appointed a great GAL, Steve Wasko. I felt he definitely had and still has my son’s best interest at hand and the past 1.5 years him and the Beerman group has done everything in their power to assist Henry’s well being is the #1 priority in this case.This October 2023 - we finally got a hearing with our Judge and were granted full decision making, increased child support, ability to take Henry out of the country without my exes permission. My ex has not seen his son in about 1.5 years now and the court also appointed him to get parenting classes before seeing his son again.I literally saw James and his team FIGHT for me that day. They were persistent about increasing child support, even when the judge pushed back. They provided evidence, came ready, willing, and able to make their case.To say I was beyond impressed is an understatement. Even if it took some time, I saw what James and his team had promised me from the beginning. They did every single thing they possibly could so the results of court ended in my favor. I felt a huge weight finally lift off of my shoulders and it was all thanks to James and his amazing team.I would recommend anyone going through this to choose James Quigley & Marcus Dominguez to be on your team and represent your family. Not only were their responses always quick, but they are the best of the best and that is the only thing anyone ever wants when it comes to their family and loved ones. Pick the team that is honest and will represent you with their whole hearts!

James and his team were efficient, professional, and yet caring and compassionate at the same time. James and his team were able to bring a very costly and contentious divorce pending for years to final resolution within a matter of approximately six months. I would highly recommend James Quigley at Beermann and LLP to anyone having the misfortune of having to go through divorce.

Attorney Joe Napoli and Attorney James Quigley maintained the utmost professionalism during my divorce proceedings, were very detail orientated and showed so much compassion when handling difficult custodial issues pertaining to my children. Their vast knowledge of the many new and updated laws during the divorce proved to be beneficial in my proceedings. I’m very grateful to have had them in my corner. They always kept my best interest in mind, settled most of our disputes out of court and always listened to and put my needs first. They are amazing. James and his firm guided me though 3 divorces. The last one was extremely litigious and I was given temporary custody of my son for almost a year. If you need a strong, dedicated, sleeves up guy on your team , who is a gun slinger at litigation James is your man!

I strongly recommended James. I contacted him over a weekend when I needed to make an immediate change to my attorney, after 18 months of my case languishing. James jumped on board and in two days had assembled a team, was up to speed and laid out a plan that resulted in my case being resolved in 4 months. James listened to my priorities, empathized, and then outlined options and gave his honest opinion about each one. He was cognizant of not running up the bill and let his team do the day-to-day work, but was always available to set strategy and step in when needed. I'd still be going in circles and running up bills if I hadn't found James!

I was referred to James by a friend after I fired my previous attorney. I was 16 months into a messy divorce that was going nowhere with legal fees climbing and no end in sight. I highly recommend James Quigley as a family law attorney based on the experience I had with him as the lead attorney on my difficult and complicated divorce. James did an exceptional job of applying his team in the most effective and cost effective manner possible. He let his extremely competent team deal with the issues as they arose, but was always readily available and informed for the large issues and for the times that I really needed a strong advocate. James made a real effort to understand the issues that I was personally dealing with in addition to the nuts and bolts of the case. Beyond trying to protect my personal interests, I always felt like he was personally invested in ensuring the best possible outcome for my family during a very difficult time. Additionally, I felt that he and the entire Beermann team did things the right way. They made every effort possible to resolve issues through reasoned and informed discussion, but were always ready to push as hard as needed when it was required.
