I brought a ring for resizing and repair (it might have gone down the garbage disposal?). My mis-shaped ring was returned perfectly shaped, with a high polish, at the exact size I need. It looks like new, it fits, and the "crunchiness" is gone.Excellent customer service at drop off and pick up.
