My parents first started going to April to get their taxes done before I even knew what a job was; at this same location i would watch as my parents talked to April and she eased their mind about their finances. As I grew into an adult, I trusted her with my taxes as well. The fact that she is patient, is always good for a laugh and plays the best music is just the cherry on top.

Just file my taxes for my business today with April at this location, all the staff are so nice and helpful, April help me go through all my taxes situation and help me to pay the least taxes I could not do it by myself . And she gave me so many good taxes and financial advices

My tax preparer, whom I've used for three years, instead of greeting me with a customary smile, just Gawked at me, as if I'd said, "This is a Stick Up" & had come to rob the place, while the lady at the front desk greeted me politely & professionally.Not to be racial, but I've noticed that sort of behavior in black females more than any other race of women in Customer Service,Instead of a smile & a friendly hello,Which I had gotten from a cute young Hispanic woman in the cleaners I visited after i had left my tax preparer,Interesting, because she wasn't even the one who waited on me, she happened to be working the racks but she Knew how to greet her customers m,As did her male counterpart that worked the register,And they didn't GawK at me like I had 3 Heads.And I also think the service at Hewlett,Is a bit Over Priced.Which prompts me to seek anotherPreparer,Or learn to do it Myself
