This is may 2023. I know I passed the mark by the lady named was great she worked with me eventhough I dropped off my tax papers. She was very considerate kind. She contacted me when my paperwork was ready. That's why I believe in them and I go there every year.

This is the best Jackson Hewitt location that I've ever filed my taxes at. My mother and I came here to file our taxes last Friday and the lady was so nice and friendly and very helpful. She's by far the best person that I've ever filed my taxes with. And it was very quick too. I do recommend this location. My mother and I will be going back every year. 11/10 customer service!!!

I've been going to the office on north Ave in Chicago for years now and I have to say Helen is one of the nicest people I have ever met and she makes you feel at home answers all your questions and concerns professionally.
