The guy of the crane that lifted off the container from the chassis was very, very nice, and polite that two stars are to him . Otherwise, one the female at the visitor office, specifically the most far from the reception window treated me like trash, I don’t know why? It could be, because I look different, I have some accent when speak English. She looked at me in a way she wanted to kills me, but it’s fine I have been dealing and spoke out against racism and discrimination my last 7 years. Your attitude denote the poor human being that you are against the people that go there as customer and looking for a great customer service experience, but from my perspective that is too much to you, in order to fulfill the mission of the company that you represent. Hospitality: The crane man=5; Visitor office staff=0. Customer Service: Crane man: 5, visitor office staff =0, time: Lifting area staff: 5 stars, visitor office staff=0.

Failed to complete the job, but charged me. When I called to find out when they were coming back to complete the job. ( I called 3 times) The co. never returned my call. ( NO THANKS TOO "JOE" THE DISPATCHER) Had to get another Co. too complete the job. ( Had to pay again!!!!!! )
The lady that answered was very RUDE!!!!!

Trucker driving in Indianapolis today moved over on me and almost put me into the wall on the highway. Kid had headphones on and not paying attention at all when I honked at him, kept moving over and did not once look down at me

Lady in the front desk should NOT be working in customer service. I called in regards to a container for my husbands company and she spoke to me as if I was a child, will look for business elsewhere!

Absolutely disgusting! My son went in to fill out an application for the welder position. Granted they have a huge sign outside their facility yet the RUDE lady in the office seemed to absolutely hate her job. She told my son she didn’t know why he didn’t carry paper with him because no one told her about any hiring process! Tossed him some sort of application and told him if he wanted to fill it out he could do it at home and bring it back because at that moment she was dealing with other things, my son asked her if right now was a bad time and she laughed in his face. Absolute Joke lady. My son witnessed how she spoke to one of the drivers, she came outside and told my son he didn’t need to be talking to the guy because he was just a driver. DO BETTER LADY!! my son will be taking his talent somewhere else. If this is the person that this company first sees and deals with when walking In the door I am actually surprised you are still in business!!!!

The team at Vaccaro was great! Sam provided excellent customer service, helping to coordinate a container move from Illinois to Missouri. She helped resolve a very difficult situation. Brian did a great job dropping off the container and placing it exactly where it was needed. Thanks!

There is a woman in the office who is super rude, especially if you are Latino, it bothers her that you don't speak English, people like that shouldn't work in these places
