Usually, it’s pretty good…
they definitely slacked on my car a lot. Noticed they did not spray down mats or wipe down some of interior trim. Still has a bunch of dirt.
This place is a hit or miss.
but they get the job done I guess

They let my friend book a service for 8am this morning for a cleaning of my car and they didn’t tell her that they didn’t do the service we needed they definitely need to add that to there website that they dont do certain services cause that was a waste of time going up there

It's a solid car wash with great people. The prices are fantastic but you get what you pay for. For one, they didn't do a good job of getting the bugs off the front end of the car and they didn't appear to have any ceramic shield options at least on their menu

The hand car wash is terrible. They left my dashboard and mirrors dirty, and only vacuumed my trunk after I pointed it out. I won't be returning.

The hand car wash is reasonable but you have to inspect your car before you leave the property. I have a dog and they told me I would have to get my rugs shampooed to get the dog hair up. I asked them to go over the back again and I still had to take the vacuum myself to clean all of the dog hair... and it ALL CAME UP. They don't do a great job of getting into the crevices with the vacuum. I know it can be done because I've vacuumed my car myself. It's disappointing when you pay for a service and you've could have done better. The people are nice, however.
