The absolute worst dry cleaners I have ever used, every sing one of my 17 shirts came back damaged terribly, almost at the same exact spot, they took zero accountability! Please avoid I lost some really expensive clothes and had to pay almost $200! Very big regret

NEVER AGAIN. If I could give zero stars I would. I had a major photoshoot and brought in the clothing for the shoot in preparation. They lost my clothing, blamed me for it, and yelled at me when I kindly, gently, and politely tried to talk to them about it. They asked me to come into the location and talk about it in person but did the same thing. This all happened a day before the shoot and I ended up having to forego an entire outfit as a result.

Took a Bridesmaid dress there for some last minute alterations and they were done quickly and beautifully would definitely recommend services over and over, and she fixed it all with great customer service.

My favorite cleaners in Hyde Park because the owner is my favorite person! I have been going here since I got my first apartment fresh out of undergrad. She has been cleaning my clothes and talking about life with me for over 11 years.
Edit: My favorite owner retired and sold the cleaners. The new owner is nice as well, prices are the same.

The lady here didnt care that she messed up my coat even told me i did it i was willing to let her correct what they did which was knock studs out my leather jacket but she say i did it i got pics and you can see me showing her on the security video not one studd was missing now im missing around 10
