My mother just sold her condo. She is 84 years old and was not particularly up to the task of selling and the stress that comes with it. Dominic was incredible. He took care of every single detail. He was patient and informative. When we needed some repairs he had a team he works with there the next day. She had multiple full price offers within a week. He was very thorough and comprehensive and respectful with showings. He exceeded my expectations beyond. We have told everyone we know about him. In this day and age, it is so nice to come across someone who loves what they do and cares about their client.

Irpino Construction is a contractor dream come true. They gutted and redid our condo bathroom in the fall of 2023. The timeline from calling their office to get some basic info until the project was completed was FIVE WEEKS - and the end result is absolutely gorgeous in every way. the Irpino team showed up every day five minutes early (literally, 7:55 am on the dot every day), worked quietly and efficiently without disturbing our work from home routine, and left the project area cleaner than when they arrived every day. They disposed of all materials and trash several times a day so your personal space never felt invaded or violated. And if you’re in a city high rise and worry about the unique logistical items associated with that, don’t be - The Irpino team navigated the communication with our building manager, loading in via freight elevator, and all disposal logistics with ease.Did I mention how gorgeous the final product was?We loved Irpino so much we had them back to paint our entire condo while we were on vacation - they let themselves in every day and did a fantastic job. Everything looked great when we got home.The owner, Dominic, is a small business owner that truly cares about his business and his customers - and it shows in every single thing his team does on the project down to the tiny details.These guys are truly a dream come true - if you need any type of in-home work done, I simply can’t recommend Irpino enough. They gave us great advice on what we needed to do with our unit to get top dollar. Needless to say, our unit sold after a couple weeks on the market. We have worked with about 8 different realtors while purchasing and selling 5 different homes over the last 25 years. Dominic at Irpino Real Estate is one of the best! I purposefully looked for a local owned and small to medium sized brokerage when getting ready to sell our condo. I interviewed Dominic first and never felt the need to continue looking at different options. Dominic has been positive, honest and helpful without being pushy. It is honestly the first time that we have no reservations about the commission he earned on our property- he truly earned it.
