Couldn’t get a transcript of a previous IRS filing. They have unhelpful clerks from the Ghetto that have no proper people skills. They treat you like trash.

You can't talk to anyone at ANY of the IRS phone numbers. All recordings. I mailed in my return the weekend of 5/15/21 and here it is -- 02/18/2022 -- and we still don't have our refund. Worse yet -- when you go on the IRS site and put in the required information it always responds with not being able to provide any information about the return. Do the people at the IRS really work? Or is this the biggest 'ghost payroll' in the world? I guess the only thing I can look forward to is all the INTEREST they OWE ME -- someday.

This is not the America I grew up with, I am trying to verify my identity, and each time im closer to finalizing the process Online, they make it more complicated and difficult, instead of sending a letter with appointments and location and calendar date for seeing some one in person , this people make it difficult, for us the tax payers,.
