The African-American person at the front desk was the most rude person ever. Instead of talking to you, she would literally scream at you, like if you're ignorant or can't understand. No manners or professionalism. Please change this person and put someone who is a better representation of your department.

I've been here since 9:00am still waiting to be seen, the time now is 3:00pm. Ridiculous, unacceptable.
