cannot get an appointment. IRS called back after a thirty minute hold (fine) just to mute and refuse to provide assistance.

The customer service is terrible. The lady in the front desk was rude since minute 1.

Horrible, I made an appointment to clarify what the irs needed for supporting documentation as I had been issued a notice. Left in tears. Didnt even talk to a tax professional just a receptionist who snapped at me for asking clarify questions even though I had an appointment.
