This place discriminates against disabled people who cannot speak properly. It's the same woman whose voices on their answering machine. I am a stroke survivor I'm glad I can speak. It's a lot of pain when I speak. This woman decided she was going to hang up on me numerous times because I cannot speak properly what kind of services that why would you go to a place like this?

I took my truck here in 2019 they stole my rings out my car and completely denied it. I only went here because my car broke down near by the location. They also charge same prices as a dealership

I have bought and traded 2 cars with these guys. I drove up from Florida because of how easy they make the process. Beat car dealership I have ever done business with! Upfront pricing and straight shooters!

I had have a car from them for a year now, when I first bought the car I was warned by the actual mechanics about the many problems that the car had. At the time I was worried about the price but the owner made it seem like a good deal. I bought the car at a high price because of the owner. It was obvious that I was scammed by the owner and only advised by the mechanics about the car. This served as reminder as only buy a car from only those who you trust.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! Rusty is a sleazy liar. He had my car for a year!!! I brought my Volvo here in February 2022 for overheating and to finish a tune up. He Would never tell me what he worked on, I could never get an estimate, he kept my key so I couldn't get my car. I asked several times for my car back and he would not release it to me. I filed a complaint with the attorney general and called police. They said it was civil and to call 311 to file a report. This would not fix the fact that Rusty took my property and would not give me any information. Finally I had a guy help me and come to find out Rusty has not been to his own shop since October 2022. One of his mechanics mentioned several people were looking for him. Dealing with Rusty has been a nightmare!!!!!! I finally towed my car off his lot without my key!! If you want a headache take it to Integrity Auto, if you want you car fixed this is not the place. He should be closed down!

if they have to tell you they have integrity its probably not true. I had my car with them for 4 days to charge me for 4 hours of diagnostic work... at first they said oh new vacuum pump, turbo, maybe even a new engine. Mind you I had taken my car in not even 6 months ago to my preferred mechanic and everything was fine. I only came to them cause I was in a time crunch and they were available. I realized quickly I needed to get my car out of there before I wound up just buying a new car from them. When I had asked them when can I pick up my car they said sure maybe tmw or day after next.... then went radio silent. The shop owner said he lost his phone and couldn't get back to me. 3 days later I finally get my car back. At this point they walked back all the work, they said I needed to an oil change, camshaft replacement, and timing cover starter. They didn't even bother changing my oil after paying them $400. I decided best to wait and go to my usual mechanic.... he said I just needed an oil change. that's it $100 bucks and a few hours later on my way with my car back in action. Do not go here not worth the risks.

Wow I don't even know where to begin honestly I advise folks to please do your research before bringing your vehicle here. I have been waiting almost two years for my car to be returned dropped it off on a few occasions for issues that occurred after the initial repairs back in 2019 and the last time I seen my vehicle was pre pandemic 2020. I'm still waiting on a follow up from Abraham and Rusty. White BMW 750IL already paid over 8K in repairs and yet to receive an update or my vehicle.

This review is based entirely on trying to get information about a car they have for sale. I have not bought anything from them.I found a car on Cars.com I was potentially interested in, but there wasn't a whole lot of information. There was a link to their website where they had the car listed with the same limited information. I do not live in the city, so I was hoping to get some more information before making a 90-minute drive to see the vehicle.I sent a message asking a few specific questions and for a few photos of underneath since none were provided in the ad. I did receive a quick response, but never any answers. First they simply told me to come and see it, and when I explained it's a long drive just to get more basic information and asked again if they could provide the info I was asking, they told me to just check the website, which I already did, of course.It seems they cannot be bothered to provide any more information on the cars they have for sale. If you just want to buy a car and don't care what you're getting, I'm sure they'll sell you one. If you want to know exactly what you're buying, it doesn't seem like they're going to help you.

I'm honestly confused by the use of the term, "integrity." Perhaps someone that cares more should buy them a dictionary... as I'm sure a smart phone is far too complicated.Do yourself a favor, and steer clear. I'm assuming they haven't taken their tools to steering column to perform that basic task!

Wow!!! Just wow!! Shocking experience. I went here because of reviews ppl dropped and maaaaaan reviews were misleading. I made appointment and they had staff issues. But hey I was reasonable/understanding. But I guess they took advantage of that. Charged me for issues weren't resolved. Light on dashboard we're still on. oh! heater they fixed it but left me with loud clicking nose. Took em months of repairing again reason short staff. When I got back I message Rusty and told me to bring me back which I did and his employee didn't do anything to fix dashboard lights. Don't be fooled by reviews. Boy was I fooled!!!! Never again.

I found this shop a few years ago, and was pleased to find that they're true to their name. Until recently, service and estimates have been quality and timely. I'm not sure what happened. I brought my vehicle in for repairs and estimate on a recent morning, and was surprised to find my vehicle in without repair or an estimate for my 5 requested repairs. An hour before closing, they scramble to complete my least important repair and promised to have an estimate to me the next day.That was a week ago. I've spoken with the owner, his wife, and his father, who've all given their word that I'd receive my quote day after day, for a week now. Add insult to injury, his father hung up on me, after calling the shop, requesting the estimate.I'm not sure what happened to this shop, but save your money and go elsewhere. Unfortunately, integrity and customer service aren't what this place is about anymore.
