I took my truck here in 2019 they stole my rings out my car and completely denied it. I only went here because my car broke down near by the location. They also charge same prices as a dealership

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! Rusty is a sleazy liar. He had my car for a year!!! I brought my Volvo here in February 2022 for overheating and to finish a tune up. He Would never tell me what he worked on, I could never get an estimate, he kept my key so I couldn't get my car. I asked several times for my car back and he would not release it to me. I filed a complaint with the attorney general and called police. They said it was civil and to call 311 to file a report. This would not fix the fact that Rusty took my property and would not give me any information. Finally I had a guy help me and come to find out Rusty has not been to his own shop since October 2022. One of his mechanics mentioned several people were looking for him. Dealing with Rusty has been a nightmare!!!!!! I finally towed my car off his lot without my key!! If you want a headache take it to Integrity Auto, if you want you car fixed this is not the place. He should be closed down!

Look, I took my geriatric 2006 Land Rover to Integrity for help on an electrical issue with my driver seat. The damn thing couldn't move up or down. Rusty, the man, the legend, said no problem and fixed it up within a day. The thing is I had taken this car to another shop to get fixed up and they took three weeks without even fixing the issue. RUSTY AT INTEGRITY knows what he is DOING. Fair price, customer service was decent, quick service. If you're looking for a trusty car repair shop, this is the one.Services: Electrical

if they have to tell you they have integrity its probably not true. I had my car with them for 4 days to charge me for 4 hours of diagnostic work... at first they said oh new vacuum pump, turbo, maybe even a new engine. Mind you I had taken my car in not even 6 months ago to my preferred mechanic and everything was fine. I only came to them cause I was in a time crunch and they were available. I realized quickly I needed to get my car out of there before I wound up just buying a new car from them. When I had asked them when can I pick up my car they said sure maybe tmw or day after next.... then went radio silent. The shop owner said he lost his phone and couldn't get back to me. 3 days later I finally get my car back. At this point they walked back all the work, they said I needed to an oil change, camshaft replacement, and timing cover starter. They didn't even bother changing my oil after paying them $400. I decided best to wait and go to my usual mechanic.... he said I just needed an oil change. that's it $100 bucks and a few hours later on my way with my car back in action. Do not go here not worth the risks.

This auto repair company has poorly service. I took my vehicle to have service repair ***** the owner never answer the phone. So he had my vehicle more than 3 months never got the service done what suppose to be completed. I had to go back and forth with ***** and the insurance adjuster for 4 hours to get this resolved which it's investigated. So now I received the total **** t 17, ******.

Wow I don't even know where to begin honestly I advise folks to please do your research before bringing your vehicle here. I have been waiting almost two years for my car to be returned dropped it off on a few occasions for issues that occurred after the initial repairs back in 2019 and the last time I seen my vehicle was pre pandemic 2020. I'm still waiting on a follow up from Abraham and Rusty. White BMW 750IL already paid over 8K in repairs and yet to receive an update or my vehicle.

Absolutely brain dead people!!! I call them and they asked me irrelevant questions, tells me they know absolutely nothing about what I need done which is just a wheel alignment!!!!! go elsewhere with somebody who knows what they're talking about

Not sure what happened...went to them about a year ago for an issue and (besides some staffing shortages) they were prompt and fixed the issue right away. A little overpriced but happy to support a local business. Now I have the same issue (which seems a little suspect) and all I was told that my warranty was over 1 year old (by 3 weeks) and there was nothing they could do. No offer to take a look at it to see if it was an easy fix or anything. Not sure if they got new owners or new employees but pretty disappointing overall.
