Hello thank you so much to all the staff for their patience and caring ways, this place is very clean and respectful I truly appreciated the care because at the end of any day when a patient isn't feeling well this is the place to get healing hands; and to Lindsey, Ashley Pa, super understanding and great work even from the young man who worked along side of her on 1/6/2025 from x-ray tech very awesome care. Again I appreciate the love this wasn't my first ride with them I came in during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and they where there. Great experience. I pre-registered, so when I went in they had my information. Super quick check in. I went for a flu vaccination, they had it ready for me. It was an 8:30 appointment and I was finished and out the door by 8:32. Friendly staff and expert nurse. She was super fast, I barely felt anything. I will definitely go back for any medical needs.

This was my second visit at Innovative since after Covid. I scheduled the appointment for the next day (nothing was available same day) My experience was great! The check in is easy as a returning patient. I waited no time in the room for the doctor. She is patient, offered options, explanations and took the time with me that was needed to make a plan of care. I would recommend this location if you’re acutely ill.

It had a terrible experience in this place, I had suffered from some type of allergic reaction, my lips was swollen with burning and throbbing pain 10/10, I had to wait more that 1:30 to be seen by NP, also for some reason 3 people came after me was seen before me, what I asked why, the answer was they had appointments, and this supposed to be URGENT care, anyways this will be my last time.

I just came almost 45 minutes away from my home for my 11:45 appointment just for the doors to be locked and no one is answering the phone.

Came in as a laceration. I cut my thumb last night while washing dishes on a glass cup. I put a large bandaid on it with a napkin because it wouldn’t stop bleeding. They had me take off the bandaid to look at it, took a picture for my chart, then just put another bandaid on and sent me on my way. I was in and out within 10 mins. I work at an urgent care and tbh with the whole experience I just expected more. The whole time I was comparing it to my job in my head. Everyone was nice and friendly but there was no going in depth with anything.
I would also suggest getting a Sonos speaker to play some time of music/classical music or something because the providers desk is right outside the exam room and you can hear everything they are saying. I can hear them talking about me before coming in, the questions they asked about me (like why I was coming in, what hand is the cut on) all from inside the exam room. At least I booked the first opening at 8am and there wasn’t anyone else in the clinic to overhear. Now I just wait to see the bill im going to receive. I honestly wish I didn’t come in if I knew all I was getting was a new bandaid to put on it. I just ended up going to my job to have them look at it
UPDATE: I got charged $170 and they tried to bill the charge as “wound dressing” “treatment” “medication prescribed to a pharmacy” none of which are true. The “wound dressing” was a BANDAID and i didnt take any medication
2nd update: a month later im still trying to dispute this bill. They were messaging me back at first and once i said i dont agree with the bill, no one will respond back to my messages

I can’t say enough wonderful things about PA Michelle Nagel. She’s the first practitioner in my adult life who has truly taken the time to listen, address my concerns, and work with me to find real solutions. She’s incredibly thorough, warm, and the epitome of great bedside manner. Michelle is witty and so easy to talk to—it feels like chatting with a friend you’ve know for years. I’m grateful to have found her and can confidently say I’ll be her patient for life. Thank you for being you, Michelle.

I got an appointment online very easily, showed up early and they were able to take me in almost immediately. The NA and the physician were super nice and made me feel at ease.
