There was a lady with long braids who was amazing and the rest of the staff was amazing too! First time in Chicago! Amazing!!! The only part that was off was the noise with them replacing all the locks! But awesome that they added extra security measures!

This is a great spot to catch a shuttle to the airport. The service was really good and all the folks there were super nice and helpful. The rooms were quiet and clean

They have the best breakfast I've ever had at a 3* hotel. They make Belgian waffles with pearl sugar. Results are large fluffy waffles that are crispy sweet on the outside. The sausage is your normal run of the mill kind you get anywhere else, BUT they pan fry it some so they taste much more homemade. Stayed 3 nights. The next morning was French toast which was so so but was still tasty. Was super excited on third day to see the wonderful waffles.

This location is prime and extremely close to the Midway airport. The area is safe and clean. In a cluster of other hotels. The rooms were clean and very spacey! The AC worked well, the bed was comfy. The pillows were "eh". My single king room had a comfortable sofa that was a pull out. The shower pressure was decent and restroom had lots of space. You can hear people coming and going from their rooms quite easily. They offer sandwiches and salads for purchase. They have free breakfast with good hot and cold options. There is a spacious outdoor seating area with a fire pit. There is also plenty of space to sit downstairs and relax. The evening staff is very friendly. The morning lady seems annoyed and bothers. She even prepared her breakfast in a to go container while other waited behind her to get food. Other than that, great location and hotel!

Hyatt Place Chicago Midway is less than a 10-minute drive from the airport, MDW, and about 40-minute drive from O'Hare, ORD. The hotel offers complimentary parking and a complimentary courtesy shuttle from Midway that runs 24/7 together with DoubleTree. The lobby area has the reception, nice seating options, breakfast area as well as a bar and restaurant with the option of Starbucks coffee. At the back of the lobby is a small business centre and the departure screen of the airport. You will also find a good size gym at the ground level and a indoor pool. The rooms are nice and big and designed for longer stays with a living area, bedroom and a work desk. There is plenty of both restaurants and shopping within a few minutes drive.

Worst service. We booked the room and got the confirmation number. When reached hotel in night they said rooms are not available and said that there system has glitch

This place was amazing, The staff is one of the best around. Ashley, Cece, and Vanessa are all top notch. I would hire any one of them in a heartbeat.

Nice location, sucks with construction during the day but night time is not bad, 8 min from midway airport which helped alot since we didn't want to drive back from Chicago traffic.

I enjoy staying in this hotel. Every effort is made toward good service and cleanliness. I always clean and disinfect before I put anything down - the bathroom floor and dresser drawers weren't quite right but I'm pretty fanatical about what clean looks like too.

One of the night time staff was awful I get not liking your job but making it the guest problem is just terrible she was snappy and rude and answered us like if we we’re stupid we literally spent over 1,000 to be treated poorly plus I left with some bug bites other than the rude employee it was over all alright probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I’m desperate
