It’s probably not with the employees. It’s mainly the way the takeover went. New account numbers. Social Security checks missing. Renaming Social Security checks. Making it hard on everyone out there. Senior citizens hit the hardest. People don’t know what they’re doing in that bank because they probably haven’t been trained properly.
