I don’t have a problem with the branch just Huntington bank in general. Stay away they charge you $36 in overdraft fees everyday that your account stays over negative $50. I had an emergency and they charged my account $36 in overdraft fees three times in one day and my last paycheck from my old job was completely gone because of it never again will I use Huntington

Long lines and they are extremely under staffed, only have two employees one working the lobby & one working in the DT. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes before being serviced. I hope management prioritize hiring more staff & the staff appears to be extremely exhausted and overworked.

The purpose and point of being a customer at the bank is so that I have access to financial resources as needed. I did a walk in to open a business account because I was unable to open the account online, I called customer service and they informed me to go into a branch and that each branch accepts walk ins. I drive 30 mins to the branch near me and guess what. I am informed that this manager does not accept walk ins. After all of this I am no longer attempting to being any additional business to this bank who is unavailable when I need them. She just lost out on a 5k min deposit
