I cannot emphasize enough how much I do not recommend Huntington Bank.The whole system is a hot mess. I’ve had an account with them for about 10 years (bc they bought out the bank I had initially opened an account with in MI, unfortunately). I can’t count the number of times I’ve had to call customer service to ask them to unlock my debit card bc they “detected” some “suspicious” activity and suspended my card WITHOUT ALERTING ME. I’ve literally been stranded in the middle of the night before bc Uber couldn’t take my card and the bank help hours were closed for the day. The “suspicious” activity has always been me making online purchases, usually at sites I’ve shopped before. I’ve literally begged employees to turn off the feature, and been told it’s not possible. They can’t even fix the buggy system so that it texts me to inform me the card is locked.AVOID! THIS! BANK!

Terrible service , clueless employees don’t have basic knowledge how to answer basic questions about accounts . Don’t trust them with your money ! I wouldn’t !
