The manager at this location is rude and very unsympathetic. My husband does his banking there for over 23 years , I am on the accounts but bank elsewhere. I went in for information due unfortunately my husband has passed. The manager refused information and was very unhelpful also sarcastic. I have filed a complaint. Looking at the ratings for this location they need a new manager..the manager claimed to be in the business for 20 years he needs a new career.

Awful. Manager refused to notarize my signature on documents my husband and I both had to have notarized. Because I'm not on an account there EVEN THOUGH my husband is. Went to my bank across the street (Bank of America) and the notary there thought it was ridiculous that happened. Having been a notary for 10 years myself, I know he was being an azzh0l3. All of my ID was in order so he easily could have authenticated my signature... on the same document he notarized for my spouse.
