The service offered by this bank is very bad, they are not professional, they take too long and are not friendly at all, I do not recommend it at all, bad service!!

Absolutely terrible. Went there at 11am on a Saturday... usually the busiest day at any bank. They had just one teller working and a line of people fourteen deep, waiting in line. The drive thru was also packed with cars and just one teller working the drive up windows. I left and I plan on changing banks on Monday

Came in for fraud charges in my account. Carol helped me with the dispute and new account. She is nice and works well with customers.The building could use an ATM. Customers can go to jewel-osco nearby for the coinstar ATM.A lot of the workers are from TCF bank converted over to huntington. They know what they are doing. Not sure about management. But overall I feel safe with my account knowing i am protected from fraud.Thank you.

Never open an account with this bank! From every checking account they steal at least $ 2 a month for a photocopy of the check , even if you haven't written any checks! Money disappeared from my account and my mom's account! I was at the bank last week and they told me it was a mistake, but they haven't given me my money back to this day! I was on my mom's account today and the fees have only been canceled today. I heard no sorry. When I said I would take all my money to another bank, the customer service worker wanted me to go! This is how they care about the customer, this is how they care about your money! Next week I'm moving to another bank and let this bank go bankrupt as soon as possible!Update: they charged me $2 again for nothing! I didn't write any checks last month! I went to the bank to straight it up, only 2 tellers and big line for 2 hours to wait! Horrible!

Only two tellers and 2 personal bankers came in at 4:45 and the line is long as heck does not have an ATM in the building, we'll see not ot too happy, wait is too long tried calling no answer for 2 days
