Why would I not have access to my own money? When they were TCF they were so much better. Now they literally tell customers no to retrieving their own funds, no we cannot help you dispute money stolen from you, and have poor customer service. Currently in search of a new bank.

I went in to use the ATM and it was out of order I'm so glad it was because I had the privilege of meeting kativa milian. Customer service was exceptional she pointed out some privileges I should be taking advantage of and made me feel really good about my visit to Huntington

huntington bank is thief !! i strongly beg and urge all to reconsider banking with Huntington bank. they just stole 56 thousand dollars out of my amount claiming fraud a month and a half later. they refuse to give me a claim number stating they don't have it they would have to get it so without even having a claim number they froze my account and took all of my money. they have yet to send or verify proof that it even was fraud. and I have proof to the contrary. the worst part , they never once called me texted me emailed me asking me anything or letting me know what is going on they literally just stole all of my money and told me I'm not getting it back. I recorded all conversations and will now be going to file a lawsuit against them.
