The staff there is professional and very friendly they are welcoming and the branch manager Scott is right on top of it. Every time I go in person they know me by name this place is a great location to bank with.

Awful experience continues. Trying to get assistance is futile. I continue to transferred to the wrong department, the call center does not have a clue in what they are doing. I would stay way far away from Huntington Bank

Well, TCF bank fails us again!! My local branch is now a part of Huntington : this is a HUGE disappointment! What was once a decent , customer orientated bank is now just a piece of s__t banking corporation! Customer service- gone; standards-gone; ask for a deposit slip or transfer slip-gone! Their response : we are now virtual!! If they want to be virtual, then we might as well go with an online bank, that pays a higher rate of return, since we don't need a real feeling of being in a REAL bank anymore!! Jewel foods had better watch out- this could bite them where it hurts!

Called in today because Huntington refuses to send me money that I am owed. I being keep sent back to merchant to receive my refund. Due to the anti-money laundering laws they are unable to send it to a different payment. called in and Nick was the absolute condescending rudest individual no wonder he works for Huntington bank because they have proven to have the worst customer service 45 minutes to an hour long hold because they are constantly constantly having issues he was extremely rude and I will be reporting him as well as the bank to as many people who will listen and tourney general CFPB Better Business Bureau and I’m gonna go over there today so he can talk to me the way that he did on the phone I guarantee he wouldn’t do it. go talk to Cesaer at the Pulaski location was much more helpful and respectful.

I am going to tell you about my experience with Huntington they have one hour long weights he will be transferred from one employee to the next each not knowing anything or has different things to tell you. I called into this branch because it was my last resort Nick was the absolute rudest person I have ever spoke to he proceeded to be condescending because he somehow thinks that because he's a branch manager at a subpar bank 3rd rate bank that he somehow can speak to clients as if he holds a doctorate. He had condescending questions like why did you close your bank account because you have horrible customer service even prior to Covid. She was rude and proceeded to tell me don't tell me that I have been in the bank for 30 years and I don't know what I'm doing. It isn't like Huntington cares about service because clearly they do not but I really want everyone to know how awful they are and to use his name explicitly because he was extremely rude. I'll be going in today so he can speak to me as such and I trust you guys he won't do it.

Always feel like family when I'm there. They know me by first name and greated with a smile. I never feel hurried. This place and the employees are amazing.

Very disappointed with the manager Nick. He was disrespectful, rude and gave me a ridiculous call that I don't have time for. Only call for something important!!!!!
