There's always a problem with this bank, I've been trying to open an account for months. I made an appointment for 10am and then I'm told come back later because the other appointment showed up, even though I was there a few minutes before. Really shows the lack of customer service

ATM always out of service. Have been there at least 2 times during “business hours” and it was closed.
