If you are looking for a trusted mechanic, Sam is your go-to man at AK Auto. He took the time to explain to me what the issue was and even showed me the OEM parts he ordered. I had both of my struts, springs, brake pads, and rotors replaced here and my car runs remarkable now. He gave me a reasonable quote and all four repairs were done on the same day. I will definitely be coming back here for future repairs. P.S. Due to language barriers, the desk lady may come off as rude on the phone, but she is very nice! Her English is not the best so be patient with her.

Friendly, fair, and trustworthy. I called A-K to get an estimate on a new alternator. The woman that answered the phone was friendly and Sam, the owner, called back a few minutes later with a very fair estimate. I had done some research on what this should cost and their estimate was on the low end of prices. They were able to fit me in and get the repair done that same day. Both Sam and his wife were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Came in for an oil change $75 and they did not change the oil filter. Took the oil cap ring and did not put it back on

Great customer service, great work and really competitive pricing (got quotes from 4 other places and all were almost double what they quoted). Sam went over everything in detail explaining exactly what I needed done (body work). Front desk manager was very friendly and kept me informed as to how long it would take to be completed. They were even done ahead of schedule and the car looks brand new.
