Do not order from this company. You will regret it. They charged me 1600.00 for home theater seats that arrived damaged/defective. They told me I could return if I was unhappy upon ordering and when I decided to do that they wanted to charge me a 25% re-stock fee as well as return freight. They wanted nearly 700.00 to return after telling me I could return with no stipulations. Buyer Beware!! I have disputed this with Paypal, as well as the BBB and filed paperwork with the Chicago attorney general. This company will rip you off!!
Update: Owner responded with in-accurate info that is totally false. I didn't need "permission" from my wife and she was never mentioned. Shame on you for suggesting that. This is fabricated by the owner. What we had here was a failure to take accountability. Terrible and dishonest business practices. I actually WON my Paypal credit dispute and Paypal returned my money as the seller of this junk refused to do so. He not only wanted to charge me a 25% "restocking" fee, but expected me to pay freight return shipping charges on top of it which were astronomical due to the weight. As we were at an impasse, Paypal refunded my money from their end. Since Paypal covered the reimbursement and NOT the owner, there was nowhere or no need to return them. They advised me to dispose of them, which I did, as they were junk to begin with as is this company.

Got a set of HT Design Waveland XL delivered today. Had the curbside delivery. Had no issues using a small dolly to put under the boxes and into the house they went. Unboxing and installation took less than 15 minutes for both chairs. I dealt with Alan and Tom via emails, they both did an Amazing job with all the questions I had and keeping me updated on when the chairs arrived from overseas. Super fast shipping for the size of the packages.Have only used the seats for about a few hours, they are super comfortable and much firmer than the La-Z Boy chairs they are replacing. The features such as the powered adjustable headrest, the lights, the lumber and the USB-a plug in the cup holder make these chairs very user friendly.Just a Great company to deal with and Super nice Chairs.

After going back and forth on whether or not to go with some of the other seating brands out there, I decided to go with the HT Design Waveland, and could not be happier with my purchase. Before I even get the to seats, the customer service that Alan provides is second to none. All of my questions were responded to very quickly, and even after my purchase Alan has continued to help with everything that I have needed assistance with. I highly doubt that customer service from any of the other big brands would compare.The seats are excellent and very well made. The leather is soft, and the seats are very comfortable; they are more firm than the La-Z-Boy recliners that I have upstairs in my living room, and after sitting in both I very much prefer the Waveland. The pricing was very reasonable and every seat came with a complimentary tray table. I highly recommend these seats. My theater room is still in progress, but attached are some pictures of the seats in the room.

We ordered 5 HTDesign Clark seats from HTMarket. I was hesitant to order the seats without trying them out first, but my concerns were over nothing. These chairs are supremely comfortable and high quality. Alan and Tom have been awesome to work with and always prompt in their communication. I can’t recommend HTMarket highly enough.

I purchased two leather recliners from HTmarket to get my theater started. They were nicely leather upholstered and VERY substantial. (Required two strong men to get them upstairs!) Three years later when I enlarged/widened my theater seating area, I purchased a third chair from HTmarket because the two I had were holding up beautifully. Very good chairs, excellent value, and much more affordable than the lesser chairs available locally. Plus, I get lots of compliments on them.

Love HT Market's Warwick seats! I’ve had a dedicated home theater room in my finished basement for the past 14 years, and these were a definite upgrade. Previous seating was good, but they were manual pull seats, so only 1 setting. Having the ability to adjust the recline on each seat is a huge plus with the new seats. The controls are easy to use and the seats recline easily. The seats are also very comfortable, with each seat coming with a removable tray table which is great for drinks, snacks, remotes and phones. The USB charger outlets on the controls are a great “nice to have” on all of the seats. Much easier way for me to charge my phone while watching a movie or bingeing a series! I used white glove service, which also went smoothly. They were in and out in less than an hour installing a row of 3 front row and 4 back row seats. Overall, the Warwick seats have been a great fit for my dedicated home theater and a welcome upgrade. I look forward to enjoying them with family and friends for years to come. Highly recommended!

I love the theater seating I got at HT Market. I got 2 4-seat Addison microfiber sofas. Not only were they very reasonably priced, but they are super comfortable. These are also the only microfiber theater seating that I was able to find anywhere. The guys who work here are also super friendly and great to do business with. I highly recommend HT Market.

This place is a class act! Alan bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. There is a LOT more value provided, for what I'd say is mid range pricing. I was worried I wouldn't be able to find good home theater seats, but HTMarket delivered!

First purchase from HTmarket was for HT DESIGN SOUTHAMPTON HOME THEATER SEATING. Excellent quality and service. I begun to research upgrading my "mancave" audio system and learned that HTmarket is an authorized seller of AtlanticTechology Audio Systems which I was already using. I have started upgrading my audio system through HTmarket and I am completely satisfied with the quality, service, and pricing provided by HTmarket.

I ordered 4 Warwick seats in brown leather and am 100% satisfied with these seats. I spent weeks researching every available seat and reading every post on AVS Forum regarding seating. In the end I wanted a high end seat with all the bells and whistles but not something that would break the bank. These seats fit the bill. I have teens and a dog who like to hang out with friends in our movie room so I wanted real leather but not one so delicate that it won't hold up to everyday wear. This is it, soft and comfortable leather, but substantial to the point I don't have to worry about the kids and the dog. If you are thinking of buying seats from HT Market do not hesitate, they are quality seats and the customer service is great.
