We were so impressed by Fidelia's apparent experience and expertise. We don't know what we would have done without her. She was able to greatly reduce what we owed in federal taxes given our very serious medical situation stemming back to 2020. To sat we highly recommend her is an understatement.

I'm not happy with my service this year. I have Been coming to Alma Morgan for 5 years now she never once gave me a discount for being loyal and faithful to her putting money into her account every year. And this year I was paying attention to how much money was taken out of my refund. On paper she charged me 385. But took out 489. from my taxes not only haven't I never received a discount, not one time for being loyal but she took extra money from my refund she has lost me as a loyal customer ill never step back into H&R Block and hype park again just be careful they are taken more money then what is agreed to me it is called stealing.

Absolute disaster.I came here last year due to a minor tax complication that I figured tax software couldn't handle. Unfortunately, H&R was completely unhelpful with this as well, repeatedly insisting that I contact Fidelity to get tax information that they don't keep. Ultimately, I had to file an extension, repeatedly correct mistakes that H&R made, and pay $500 for the ordeal.Just use tax software. If your taxes are too complicated for the software, find a real professional, not H&R Block.

As a hrblock associate, the receptionist and tax pro was not displaying proper etiquette and was not informative on the rules and policies for MyBlock Spruce and Emerald card. The entire staff needs to be retrained properly and efficiently immediately.
