Even though my appointment was at 2 o'clock, they made me wait for 1 hour. They work very amateurishly. If you are busy, why do you give appointments to 10 people at the same time? I regret it, I will never stop by again

I used their drop off method which was perfect because I only have 1 job so the taxes weren't complicated. They got it done within a few hours and everything went smooth.

I give them a call, they told me that they gonna call me back with an answer. However, no body called me back. I mean if they don’t get back to you on a phone call, how are you gonna expect them to help you if you have a problem with the IRS. Think about it!!
