My tax preparer (Ellin) was not trained properly and did not provide me with a maximum return. She failed to ask many questions (that I was asked by a free preparer the following year). I called and complained, asking for my prep fee refunded & the manager ghosted me — not one reply from him, Ricardo Alejos. Shameful and unfair, do not use this H&R Block storefront. I messed up my taxes for 2 years but H&R staff helped me untangle that disaster and got me an over $2,000 refund I didn't know the government owed me. I'm very grateful and unexpectedly pleased.

Horrible experience. I get very slow replies from Rhomiller Harper telling me I got my refund when my taxes are not even sent to the IRS.Horrible and dangerous experience. Still want to speak with the supervisor about this.

I am very happy w/ my tax prep person, she is extremely experienced and knowledgeable! I do think the fees are high, but I'm uncertain if there are less expensive options to meet my needs.
