I send out all the papers 2 months ago, not until yesterday at 23.40 I received my form done to be signed. So I signed and my taxes were submitted yesterday at 23.59. Thats not how that process should work.

If I could give -10 stars I would. Had a 10am appt on April 15th. Sort of an important day. Arrive at 10. Our consultant Ethiopia isn't at work yet. No one apologizes. No one attempts to get a hold of her. The receptionist explains to us how busy they are today. Yea. Sure. Your employee still needs to show up. By 11 o'clock with no one checking in on us or trying to find anyone else that can help us they ask if we would like to leave our forms there for Ethiopia to file when she gets in. Ummmm. Absolutely not. We walked out. Never again.

Susan Reed was my tax pro consultant and she worked so hard to try to help me approve my taxes so much that I actually ended up reaching out to her to be the one to do my taxes. She was efficient very professional and understanding. I will be coming back next year but that’s only because Susan Reed was my tax pro.

Ms. Hearn is the best. I just wish HR Block lower the prices. They are extremely too high especially for single individuals. I may try doing my own next year and save a couple of hundred dollars or going somewhere where it's free.
