These people lost my tax returns. They never sent my return to the IRS. Now I am expecting to hear from the IRS someday. They said I never paid when my bank statement shows proof that a transaction of $155 was made to H&R Block on April 13, 2023. I called a lawyer about my situation. I'm waiting for a call back.

Maria or whatever her name is, extremely rude as hell. Started doing my own taxes 3 years ago. Went up here April 14th because I thought I did something wrong this year. Not only did she answer the phone and have an entire conversation but she so rudely caught an attitude and tried to out me to another employee?. I had already did my taxes I went to see if my numbers would be different when they did it. She was livid because I wasn't about to pay $195 for them to push my taxes through when she came up with the same numbers I did. Why would I pay $200 for something I did for free. Not only that but how you doing taxes but can't explain the information. Apparently I was the second person to walk away from her that day. It's no wonder why. So happy I walked away.
