Made an appointment online to see Beverly sams and when I came in today 2/18/23 at 2:00 no one was at the front desk and when someone came out to have me sign in the tax preparer was rude and when she asked me who I was seeing today she scoffed and said that “Beverly sams doesn’t work here.” Then she says “maybe she will walk through the door” that was very unprofessional and just not customer service friendly. Wasted time coming in and not being seen.
