Our tax preparer Janita was knowledgeable, Kind , and had an upbeat attitude. We felt appreciated! She had a note worthy goal of building a relation with us as clients versus just another tax preparation to perform. We will continue to utilize H&R Block instead of other competitors because of the friendly atmosphere Janita welcomed us with ,from the moment we walked through the door.
