Very unprofessional, was very rude to me about an appointment I did not make and wouldn't apologize, when I spoke to the supervisor, the supervisor believed her assistant really apologized to me, when she really did not.

Only ONE TaxPro in the office when I went with a setup appointment. Was taken care by a whole different TaxPro than who I had chose.... TaxPro felt undertrained!

They say that you can file your taxes for free but that is a lie. I will never go to H and R Block again. The only reason we need H and R Block is because they bribe our politicians to make filing our taxes as confusing as possible. Other countries don't have to put up with this crap and we shouldn't either.

First time at this H&R BLOCK.Everything went pretty smooth.I've been using H&R BLOCK to do my taxes for years.Never had any issues.Reyna Villar took care of me this year.Aaaaand booooy did I get SCREWED!!! LOL.Wasn't my tax persons fault.Normally I get a tax refund.This year I actually HAD TO PAAAAAAY!! That because I also submitted a 10-99 because I started doing Doordash last year.And BOOOOOY do they be TAAAAXING!!! Again,it wasn't H&R Blocks fault.It was my own.Reyna gave me some tips on how to avoid getting ROBBED by the government.And LUCKILY I was able to write off a few business expenses.Otherwise,I would of been MORE SCREWED!!! Thanks for the tips,Reyna!! And I'll definitely be more on it next year.

Everyone was polite and very professional, the receptionist helped me find a tax professional quickly, and the tax professional helped me understand my taxes and explained to me thoroughly about my taxes and my tax return.
