I'm not impressed ; because for the price point. It's not worth it. I think I will go with doing own taxes next year. Also , no coffee in the waiting area. Hr block is getting cheap with their customer service. If I just do a Google search I can find better options out there. Money talks and lacking customer services... read full comment
