Legalized scam. They mainly want to gauge money from you and do the most minimal work while dressing it up in ribbons and bows. Except for Sheryl you’re a real one. Greg should never be allowed to answer phones or talk to people again.

Adelaide Cruz was the friendliest, professional tax preparator I've ever worked with. Front desk staff very polite and friendly. The fee for my taxes was some what excessive but they made up for it in customer service.

Very frustrating experience. The tax professional who did my taxes put my bank account number in wrong, causing my return to not be completed. I tried reaching out to her but she just told me the situation would resolve itself and the IRS would send my refund via check instead. Then I got a letter from the IRS that they couldn't complete my return because the account number was wrong. When I called HR Block for help, the customer service person I spoke to spent 30 minutes googling the issue because she didn't know anything about it and then told me to just call the IRS and deal with it myself. When I asked to speak to someone else who knew how to resolve the situation she told me that wasn't possible. Terrible service for a company I paid $200 to handle this for me.

Unprofessional. My husband and I called beforehand to see if they had any available tax preparers. We were told over the phone that they had a 1PM slot available. We arrived before 1PM, and informed one of the employees [Greg] that we previously called. He didn’t seem to be aware of the call and we didn’t know who we spoke to, but he put our name on the schedule and told us to have a seat. We sat for about 30 minutes before my husband finally asked the same employee who we we’re supposed to meet with.. he gave us the preparer’s name and then reassured us that we were on the schedule to be seen.Less than 5 minutes later, the preparer [Luzon??] comes up to us in the lobby and informs us that he was not made aware that we were on the schedule, and wouldn’t be able to see us. He tried to reschedule us but at that point I was over it. The entire ordeal is completely ridiculous for a company as reputable as H&R Block. We paid for street parking and sat in their lobby for a half hour. Unacceptable.

Good day miss Linda has always attended to all my needs such a sweet person to have a conversation with always always have suggestions about my taxes I give her 5 stars for excellent excellent customer service as long as she's with H and R Block I will be returning every year thank you Miss Linda thank you for always being there have a good day stay safe
