I represent a home care / home health company with close to 45 years in business / 325 + employees and this company is just outstanding. Have been doing business with them for close to a decade. Mark is always very professional. Periodically, he contacts his clients to hear their feedback. Brent is also very attentive . Every time I place my order, he replies to my e-mail within minutes. They are also very honest, which I highly value. This morning I was contacted by Camela, who is very professional. She informed me about a credit I had, which would be applied to my current invoice. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Most of these reviews are from a marketing firm hired by this company, and the people that are mentioned are no longer there since they left this chop shop. Turnover is unreal considering they only have 5 employees which explains why none of my orders were ever filled. Talked to a different person every time and even the owner said he had better clients to address. Avoid this "business" since there are so many others that have better service and prices.

The customer service was fabulous. I rented a wheelchair for 4 days and it was the most pleasant experience. The chair was waiting for me and was put into my car without asking. Will use them again!

Howard offered same delivery, so I ordered a wheelchair in the afternoon, to be delivered a few hours later. Fed Ex drove by my house but didn't stop, telling Howard that they'd deliver the next day which was useless to me.. Bijan from Howard Medical personally brought a wheelchair to my house that afternoon!!!! Phenomenal customer service - thank you Bijan. The wheelchair was critical. Fed Ex also delivered a chair the next day despite being told to return it. My Fed Ex review of one star is next.

We run a charity and we had a walking pilgrimage planned for months. I twisted my ankle 3 days before the pilgrimage and was sure I was not going to go unless I find someone that had a wheelchair. No luck with that, we decided to call many different medical supply companies and Howard was the only responsive company that seemed genuinely interested to help us. We explained what we were doing and Camela was very thrilled when he heard about our charity and event. She was very nice and even suggested a scooter will be better if I want to move more freely on the pilgrimage. She was able to accommodate us in a very special way. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service from people who care.

I reserved a mobility scooter for my mom who came to visit over Mother's Day weekend. She needs both knees replaced so even walking one block is painful for her. The scooter was delivered on time and looked brand new. My mom zoomed around the city with no problem. It gave her the ability to do what she wanted without pain. Everyone at Howard Medical was professional and helpful. I highly recommend them for your rental needs.

Excellent affordable choice for mobility rentals. I rented a scooter for my father for his visit. I called and was directed the right product for my needs and the scooter was delivered to the hotel for their arrival (this was a small independent hotel. I suggest you give the hotel a heads up). The equipment was great and we didn't need to recharge it during his stay. It actually convinced him to buy a scooter for himself when he returned home.

I rented a scooter to get around McCormick center. As you probably know it's a big place and to walk through all 4 buildings with an ailing back would not have been fun. They delivered one to my hotel and it was charged and ready for me when I got there. Used it all the next day going through the IMTS show and hardly discharged the thing at all. Made my show experience much better. I dropped it off at the front desk when I left and the whole process was most enjoyable and stress free. I will definitely use them again if my back is still having trouble in 2 years. Thanks for the excellent service and great product.

Howard Medical always goes above and beyond for their clients! All the staff member are so sweet too- to be quite honest even if I found better pricing on products (I have yet to find anyone with lower costs!) Id stick with these guys for their customer service. The delivery and ordering process times are so fast too...Im happy give them my business!
