  Howard is the best man I have ever met. Down to earth. I enjoyed meeting him today and his entire family/friends. He truly is amazing and such a genuine humble man. I have had the best day with him today. He truly respects police and firemen which I am a firefighter. He took such great care of me that I now consider him family.   Howard was so kind when me and my fiancé came in to purchase a vintage engagement ring. Very accommodating and pulled out several options for us to try. Even offered to marry us on the spot! Howard made an otherwise intimidating process extremely straightforward and pleasant. Thank you Howard!

  Howard Frum Jewellers is the one stop shop in chicago for all things watches! Howard & Sons are extremely knowledgeable and offer a wide variety of watches and watch bracelets. They were instrumental in helping me find the right bracelet for a recently purchased vintage watch. Whenever I visit Chicago, I stop by to check lout their inventory. I recommend Howard Frum without reservation!

  Gone to many other dealers nobody could tell me much about the watch and I had a fitment issue. Everybody was very helpful. Howard grab my wallet off the counter because he saw my badge peeking out turns out he’s retired himself, which is cool thank you for your service Howard.
  Right away, Maurice, I believe it was took the watch apart, took the Bracelets off told me finally what year the watch was and that Bracelet was original, then went on to point out the differences between my 1999 and the newer 2005 yacht master how did the dial was different the 2005 everything was a little larger. It was a very interesting visit. They were very patient with me and all my questions and at the end charged me nothing.
  
  They had a huge selection one of the largest I’ve seen. It was very hard to leave that store. It was like trying to peel yourself out of The old Sears tool section before buying something else. 🤣
  
  They also straightened up my wife’s day date that wasn’t keeping proper time. They only had it a week. and it works perfectly now. I couldn’t send it back to Rolex because the aftermarket diamonds on the bezel, but it’s strange those watches come that way now. Lol anyway great experience I will definitely be back to the store.

  AMAZING experience at Howard Frum Jewelers! The staff were super friendly and Howard is the coolest man in Chicago! We bought a Rolex for my wife's birthday and hung out for about an hour, talking and looking at all of the interesting things and photos. Definitely the best part of our trip! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
