if you’re looking for a new watch, jeweler specializing in preowned and vintage watch across all luxury brands, this is the spot. If you need repairs and they can’t get it done, they will let you know where to go instead of just turning you away they go above and beyond every step of the way. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the city.

Went to Howard Frum to service my omega and old Bulova. They were able to help and even included a band for my Bulova. Best spot for watches and service in Chicago.

Have purchased multiple time pieces from Howard and the experience is always great. When I’m in the area, it’s always a must stop to say Hello and explore their current watches. Have learned a bunch about various watches from the fun conversations as well.

What a wonderful proprietor Mr. Frum is. I went to get batteries for my watches and the place was closed. He saw me and how irritated I was and graciously escorted me to his establishment next door and took care of my batteries. What a nice guy, and the price was right! Highly recommend him!

Today was my first visit and I was very impressed. I just needed a battery for my watch and was amazed at their professionalism: the price was unbelievably inexpensive and they even cleaned the watch crystal - without my asking - at no charge. I will be a customer for life!
