I had collision damage on my Civic. Throughout the entire process, I was updated and explained on what they were doing to my car. The staff is very helpful and they gave me peace of mind. The shop made sure everything was correct and they did not cut any corners. Their work speaks for itself, the repairs they made had my car looking brand new! I definitely recommend this auto shop to anyone in the North Chicago area.

A bike scratched the driver door on my car, and I came in seeking the affordable and quickest option. I had purchased Scratch X in attempt to take off the scratch by myself. I got the scratch to get smaller, but I coincidently messed up the top paint coat of my car making it off white compared to the rest of the white color on the car. Antonio and the team welcomed me once I came in and quickly gave me 2 reasonable quotes. They fixed the car in 2 hours. The car looks brand new again. They did a great job! Thank you again!

I rear ended a tow truck over a year ago with my 2009 Yaris. I filed a claim because it was my fault but my insurance cancelled the claim for me because I didn't want to be rated for an at fault acident. Well the repairs finally needed to be done and I was referred to Howard Auto Body. Best referral ever! They suggested I contact my insurance and reopen the claim which I did because it was going to cost much more than I thought it would. As I foolishly did not consider that the invisible (to me) damage was greater than the visible damage. My insurance was a little slow to send an assessor out but Antonio got my car repaired and it looks great!
I will happily refer anyone I know to them. They could not have been nicer, more helpful, or done a better job!

Someone had rearended my car and dented in my trunk and did more damage to that area and some friends recommended Howard Autobody and repair. I am so happy we decided to go here! Tony and the ladies who helped in the office were so nice. Tony wanted to make sure my car repairs came out excellent (matching color etc) and they did! Car looks new. And they checked to see no other damage was made internally. Would totally recommend them!! ?

Nobody wants to get a repair but when I was scraped in a parking lot on my '22 Forester, I didn't want to leave it that way when the rest of the car looks so good. I got several estimate from shops and theirs was fair and the communication was good. Had the work done and it looks great. Good communication afterwards too. Making sure I knew not to go through car wash with brushes for 30+ days. Will use them again.

Took my RAV4 in for body work and the whole staff was incredible to work with. I was talked through the estimate & given a reasonable turnaround time. They had strong communication and were kind and helpful. I would highly recommend trusting them with your car!

I stumbled upon this shop due to them being the closest place after my car suffered a break in. The service and clear communication from Tony has forever made them my permanent shop for all repairs / maintenance for my vehicle!

Howard Auto Body has been my go-to for both body and mechanical work since I found them over a decade ago! I have brought them everything from an oil change to a very involved accident repair and their execution is always excellent. Tony and Alex are knowledgeable and take care to educate their clients regarding their options in a way that is easy to understand and not condescending. While my vehicle is in the shop, I have found that there is frequent communication and vehicles are delivered in a timely fashion. It is refreshing to work with a business that continues to prioritize customer service! I give Howard Auto Body my highest recommendation!
