They just plopped a new screen on my phone it slipped out my hand once and the whole entire screen came off like they didn't even try to fix it then told me I have to pay extra money when it was there fault and I showed them it was bad service and most likely scamming other people

Super Rude!!! I just called to see if they can fix my phone. I have generic brand. When I told the guy that he just hung up on me. I called again because I thought we got disconnected. When the guy hears my voice "Im sorry I think we got disconnected" click he hangs up. I called two more times, on the last time I just asked him if he can fix my phone or not. He says "no no no its not worth it" click! Wow Im surprised they got all these good reviews. I just had one question didn't have to get treated like that.
