This wedding wouldn't have happened without Misse. There were so many moving parts and she handled it like a champ. My husband and I had families with big personalities and they were all corralled by the Honey Bee team.

Outside of probably having children, getting married is arguably one of the most important/special day's of your life. If you are looking to hire someone to help make that day less stressful - I would NOT hire Misse Daniel. She may be organized, but her overall demeanor and delivery throughout the whole wedding planning process - including the DAY OF wedding - was unacceptable. From family to vendors to guests - I was given negative feedback, mostly around how rude she was. I don't care how much experience you have, you should never treat people like that. Not to mention, when our trolley broke down after the ceremony in front of the church, she nor her assistant was there to assist with a solution, so luckily one of my bridesmaids (who is a wedding planner) stepping in. Hiring Misse for our wedding was a huge mistake, so sharing my feedback so others don't do the same!

Choosing Misse and her team at Honeybee weddings was one of the best decisions I could have made. Misse was super detail oriented and made sure everything was handled in a timely and appropriate manor. Days of the wedding Misse and team managed to keep all 450 of our guests on time and made sure the programs were executed efficiently - which is a huge accomplishment for an Indian wedding! All the while I felt super at ease knowing that HBW was making sure everything was running smoothly. They also had all the last minute knick knacks from safety pins to scissors to pretty much anything me, my husband or our families needed. I can’t thank Misse and her team enough for being so incredible helpful. The best decision ever!!

We had Misse plan our wedding, and it was the best decision we made. She had great advice, was quick to wrangle us in when we got behind on wedding planning and is genuinely a fun person to work with.

Bentley, owner of Honey b., was the absolute best choice for our coordinator. There are so many wonderful things I can say that I don't know where to start! First of all, Bentley has TWO meetings with you prior to the day of, even if the package you choose is for a day of coordinator, as well as answering emails and corresponding with any questions you have leading up, ensuring that all the pieces are coming together nicely. Bentley is incredibly kind, professional, calm but able to stand her ground, and just, fun to have at your wedding! Our wedding had a few extra tasks than originally planned for, but she handled everything PERFECTLY, down the smallest of details. Additioanlly, her recommendations are spot in and extremely helpful. If you want a coordinator that is not only phenomenal at multi-tasking with all the tasks of his/her job, but also genuinely cares for you, & your family and friends, look no further and do not hesitate to look to Bentley of Honey b.

Misse and her associates Mia and Gianna worked diligently to make our wonderful wedding run smoothly, navigating any and all logistical challenges that our lovely venue at the Art Institute’s Modern Wing may have posed for outside vendors. Throughout the wedding day, Misse’s team were cheerful and tireless in helping prepare for the event. Mia and Gianna deserve special kudos for pitching in to help the bridal party get ready and taking the significant responsibility to navigate getting the bride’s detachable train safely delivered to the venue (!) while we took photos in the park. In planning for the wedding, Misse did a fantastic job listening to our design inspirations and identifying suitable vendors whose offerings were in sync with our specific style and sensibilities. From décor and paper suites through cake and party favors, all of the vendors Misse helped identify delivered impeccable service that came together beautifully for our unforgettable day.

If I could give her zero stars I would (this review is for Misse). Other wedding vendors do not like working with her, and after signing a contract and paying her half the cost, I came to realize that she's very unresponsive and does not follow through on what she promises. Also she wanted to charge me extra to speak over the phone - email is all you get, and she won't even respond to you for at least 2 days, and sometimes just didn't respond at all. She made me feel more stress and anxiety and that just isn't right when I hired her to make things easier for me. Please avoid losing your money - and go elsewhere! Side note - have heard from others that she can act very rude to guests at the wedding, so I terminated our relationship because it was too much of a risk.

Worth every single penny! Rebecca from Honey Bee Weddings was the BEST decision we made for our May 2017 wedding. Let's be honest, weddings are stressful and there are a million details involved. My husband and I consider ourselves good planners and were on the fence about a wedding coordinator. After living through it all, we can honestly say we are forever grateful for Rebecca (like I would give her one of my kidneys if she needs it). We had a 200 person wedding with 75% traveling from out of town. We needed someone we could trust. She kept us on task in the months/weeks leading up to our wedding, built a timeline for our day and handled all of the day-of details which allowed us to truly enjoy our day. My father-in-law had a grand idea to surprise us with a visit by our three-legged pup during his speech. She made it happen flawlessly!

Our day went off without a hitch, and it was definitely because of Misse's organization. Misse was very helpful throughout the planning of our wedding. She was able to work with us to find vendors that matched our style and was able to make sure that everything went as planned on our special day. Slightly delayed, but still heartfelt!! We used Rebecca from Honeybee Weddings for our July wedding in Chicago last year. We were hesitant about using a planner, thinking we could handle it all. We were SO wrong. Rebecca was the best thing we could've done. She got our vision right away, handled our sense of humor and silly Mother of the Bride demands like a champ! We didn't worry about a single thing on our day of or even leading up to the wedding. I would highly recommend Rebecca and Honeybee Weddings to anyone. Thanks for an amazing experience!!!
