It may be easy to pick on the Home Depot. It’s big, sometimes help is hard to find, an employee may be surly.I haven’t checked, but I’m guessing the review rating of this place is somewhere around 3. When something bad havens, people are quick to leave feedback. But when it’s good we just carry on with our day.I really like this Home Depot. The staff is filled with a lot of young people who are quite pleasant and competent. True, it may be hard to find stuff but the place is big. And prices are low; I don’t expect to find contractors working there with 25 years of experience!I recently rented a truck for 3 hours and 43 minutes. It cost me 80 bucks plus tax. That’s about 20 dollars an hour. That’s great. And the truck drove well, and was in good condition. It was a comfy ride and big. The young man at the rental desk was very nice on a very cold day.I asked a woman for help solving a problem. She walked me around the store until we found the perfect solution: a roll of insulation. I wish I had gotten her name. Any way, she knew the store and put on her thinking cap until we found just what I needed.Another young woman helped me find a washer in plumbing. Now it may be easy to dismiss a young Latina with a fancy hair style as not being a competent plumber, but she knew her area that’s for sure.The tool area in this store is big and the aisles are wide, which I’m not used to at a Home Depot.This store is around the corner from a nice mall as well.I get what I need at this Home Depot quickly and at a good price. The shopping experience is good. What more do I need from a store? Nothing.Thanks, Home Depot! And thanks rental guy and Latina gal and air conditioner insulation gal. You’re a credit to your company. If I find out their names I’ll let the company know that they’re doing well.

Went in looking for heater that the app said the store had in stock. I could not find it. I asked Ricardo for help. We walked around and couldn't find it. I gave up and said, forget it I'll pick something else. He kept looking and found it all the way at the top where overstock is kept. He got a ladder and brought it down. Ricardo went above and beyond to help me. This type of person needs to be recognized. Thank you Ricardo!!

I used to enjoy going here ...now.. NO ......no knowledgeable individuals for assistance...I waited 25 min in an aisle for an associate to help while I watched 4+ employees chatting away like a spa day

We asked for service in pro services. The workers ignore you. You go in the hallways to ask a question and they tell you that they don't work in that department. Terrible service, the worst. I don't recommend the store.

Was treated like crap at this location. Zero stars thanks to Lavinia. Lavinia was a horrible, horrible employee there. Bad attitude, unprofessional, screaming at me. I was walking towards what the checkout lane but weren't going to the closed checkout lane and Lavinia screamed saying that's not open. Obviously, and I wasn't going to it. She was on her phone and I went up to the station and started to scan, thinking it's self checkout because she was not doing anything, she came and screamed at me saying I TOLD YOU IT'S NOT SELF CHECKOUT. It's like damn, how I know you were on the other side on your phone. Lavinia is her name. Lavinia. Hire better, Home Depot.

Caution; They offer delivery service for Free than they refuse to install the washer and dryer. They tell me that their policy prohibits installs “on platforms” as you can see my platform was built on the cement foundation of the house. Then he tells me that the “gas valve is corroded” as youcan see like new. Come on Home Depot this is my 3rd washer and dryer purchased at your store. You installed 2/3. Time to fire this delivery service company.

As much as I love this place their have been a couple of times where service has been questionable. I've purchased a lawnmower and a portable AC unit here and both times I was brought the wrong item and was made to wait an extra 30-40 min. All in all I waited for about an hour both times so they can find what they had multiple quantities of in stock.Perhaps better inventory control is needed so items are placed in their correct bay areas and pallets.

Be careful when using the self checkout. I paid in cash and only realized when I got home that the self checkout change dispenser gave me change that was 25 cents short. Imagine if they did this to everyone... This is not acceptable as prices are already high as they are nowadays.

F this place. Never shop here at this location again. I usually don't write reviews but I had to this time. Kept giving them another chance since the service here has been terrible the last few times I dealt with them. Came to purchase replacement blinds today, no one was at the desk for help. I needed to get them cut. 3 different employees tried calling someone for assistance, no one came. 30 minutes later I left and went to Lowe's. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Also don't count on them to install anything in a reasonable time frame. I could keep going on about my other experiences with this location but it will require me to make some more individual reviews/threads. Annoying how the quality of service with everything has gone down.

I'm a contractor that purchases thousands and thousands of material at different Home Depots a week. I was trying to return a few item and the rude cashier AILEEN would not accept my items. She was rude and uncooperative. Saying my return was denied and gave me a receipt. I told her I had my original credit card used to purchase the items but she wouldn't budge. I then ask to go ahead and provide a store credit but she said that was not an option either. I called the number on the receipt she gave me and the manager Mrs. WOODS was just as rude and uncooperative. I said I was going to call corporate and she said go ahead like she didn't care. This location has low standards and is failing because of the staff. I drove to another location in a better area and ALL ITEMS WERE REFUNDED directly to my card as I originally requested.

Took me about 30 mins until someone finally came to help me get some moving boxes off the high shelf. Young guy from electrical was super sweet and helpful even though he was clearly busy, he made time to help. The rest of the workers here could learn a thing or two from him fr ?

I always have such a plesant experince here. The staff is always very helpful and courteous. Got my 12 foot Skeleton in 2022 and purchased the 12 foot inferno pumpkin and 6 posable 5' skeletons with LED eyes this year.
